Apartment in the Casa Caiada neighborhood, on the seafront of Olinda, on the 10th floor, with beautiful views of the sea and the cities of Olinda and Recife. Close to supermarkets, a pharmacy, bars, and restaurants. Easy access to public transportation. 15 minutes from Olinda's Historic Center.

Neighboring Recife, Olinda is known for its hills and colonial houses. Its Historic Center is one of the best-preserved in Brazil. It was the second Brazilian city to be declared a World Heritage Site by the UN in 1982.

The city is also famous for its Carnival, filled with the sounds of frevo, maracatu, cabloquinhos, and other Pernambuco rhythms, where giant puppets parade through the city's hills.

Olinda's attractions are basically divided between its churches and historic mansions, beaches, Carnival, and tours of Recife and other beaches and destinations in Pernambuco and the Northeast.

Casa Caiada Beach is one of the most popular in the city, due to its proximity to the city's historic center. It usually receives a good number of tourists during the high season. It has a good stretch of coarse sand, and the sea is calm and clear.

Nice accommodations and a great location!

The property is clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the patio and the location is perfect. Easy access to the beach. Short walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies. With Uber it is very easy to get any where in Olinda in a short amount of time. Marcos (the owner) is very helpful and accommodating and always quick to respond to emails. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit Olinda.

Como se estivesse em casa.

Gostaria de registrar a hospedagem de minha família em julho de 2018. O apartamento condiz com todas as informações e fotos registradas sobre ele, com acomodações, roupas de cama e banho confortáveis, limpas, comportando todos os utensílios básicos e úteis de uma cozinha, tranquilo, silencioso, com uma vista espetacular. Acordar abrir a janela e dar de cara com aquele mar maravilhoso de Olinda parece um sonho. Só alguns passos do mar, com tudo perto, farmácias, supermercados, sítio histórico, etc. O anfitrião do apartamento mostrou-se prestativo, atendendo a todas as demandas de nossa família.
