Welcome to Marley's Place, your dream getaway in sunny Destin, Florida. This 1-bedroom unit has had a complete renovation and features new furnishings throughout. It's one of the most sought after 1BR units in all of SPC. Beautiful LVP floors and a tastefully remodeled bath with garden tub allow you to enjoy the Destin lifestyle in comfort and luxury. This unit features a queen size bed and also a pull-out sleeper sofa, and can accommodate 4 people. The new 65" smart TV is perfect for those rainy days. Brand new appliances, quartz countertops, high speed internet, bluetooth ceiling speaker in the bathroom....it's pure vacation bliss! While our unit doesn’t have a washer and dryer, the public use facility is right around the corner from the front door, along with an extra bathroom.

The Sandpiper Cove Resort is a unique property in Destin. With 1100' of deeded beach access, you can enjoy the stunning emerald water and sugar white sand without having to fight the crowds at public beaches. Hang out in the shade at the Rick's SandTrap beachfront bar and enjoy drinks and food while you watch the waves crash. For those that enjoy the harbor, you can access the Destin Harbor right from the canal and marina in Sandpiper by boat or paddleboard. Louisiana Lagniappe is located within 200 yards of the unit and you can enjoy fine dining and happy hour right overlooking the Destin Harbor and SPC marina. It's been voted Tops in Destin many years, and is one of the best hidden secrets in Destin.

Our unit also looks directly over the pool, so you can watch the kids right from the balcony chairs with no worries. And Sandpiper is a gated resort, as well, for your safety. Our unit is a short walk, or drive for those who prefer, to the gated private beach access that is fully equipped with Tiki Bar and restrooms. And enjoy your coffee or a few drinks with a view of the pool! Walk out from the unit and directly onto the 9th hole of the par 3 pitch and putt golf course at Sandpiper and play all day for free!

The HarborWalk Village is just a few stoplights away, so you can be there within minutes. Or simply ride the Harbor Taxi from the dock/marina in Sandpiper and leave the car behind while you enjoy the nightlife on the harbor!

Be sure to take the short walk or quick drive to the end of Gulf Shore Drive and enjoy some time on Norriego Point. It's a secret gem in Destin that many don't know about. It offers secluded jetties with quiet water that is perfect for snorkeling and for the little kids. Or you can park your beach chairs on the harbor and spend the day watching the largest commercial fishing fleet in Florida come in with the day's catch while the sun begins to dip.

If you need supplies, you can access Target, Walgreens, McDonalds, etc just outside the resort and without fighting any of the Hwy 98 traffic.

Sandpiper Cove is the perfect place to enjoy all that Destin has to offer. Spend the day on the Gulf. Take a water taxi to Margaritaville. Rent a paddleboard for the canal and harbor. Snorkel the jetties. Sit by the pool.

You can do it all from this perfect beach getaway. And at a price that's affordable!!

Peaceful, quite and in the middle of everything!

This was my first time renting in Destin and we will be back soon for sure. Sand piper cove is a great place conveniently located in the middle of all the best activities and restaurants. The unit I rented was across the street from the beach but with the private parking and beach entrance it was never a hassle for the 3 minutes it took to get there. 10 out of 10 would stay there again.

We LOVED staying in this property! There was plenty of beach things for us to use and plenty of dishes too! The convenience of the private beach access was enough to get me back here that was so nice!! The pool right outside our door was also amazing! Our family has been traveling to the Destin area since 2005. We've dreamed of owning beach property since our first visit, and were blessed to have that dream come true recently. We love to visit Norriego Point and the jetties, explore the harbor and all of the things to do there, and enjoy the salty air and beautiful emerald water of the beach.

Why they chose this property

We chose Sandpiper because from our first visit, we realized that the Holiday Isle and Harbor areas were unique. Nowhere else in Destin can you have the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches, access also to the Destin Harbor via the canal and marina for boating and paddleboarding, and the ability to be a few minutes walk to Norriego Point for secluded jetty snorkeling and harbor watching. It was the best of all worlds.

What makes this property unique

We love our unit because it's been recently remodeled and the furnishings and updates are beautiful. We can enjoy time on the deck overlooking the golf course and pool. And kids can enjoy the pool which is just steps away, as well as the 9-hole par 3 golf course on the resort.
