Passamos o Natal na casa do Sr Fábio, ele nos atendeu super bem. A casa é toda equipada, todos eletrodomésticos funcionam bem, os quartos bem divididos e organizados. A casa foi reformada e tem wi fi disponível. A piscina e a área da churrasqueira grande, nos atendeu super bem até na ceia de natal.

Incrivel

Tivemos um final de semana incrivel, tudo muito bem organizado, praia boa. Para quem for reservar, minha dica é levar repelente para o corpo e para os quartos, não tem o wifi na casa, mas não vejo isso como um problema pois tem bastante entreterimento como a piscina que é incrivel, churrasqueira, mesa de bilhar, quem tem cachorro ele fica bem a vontade. Certeza que voltaremos.

Muito bom

Casa bem arejada, muito boa, piscina sempre muito limpa e bem cuidada, só falta mesmo o ar condicionado porem tem ventilador em todos os lugares da casa, vale apenas ressaltar que a casa fica na penúltima rua do condomínio e demora ao menos 15 min pra checar depois que entra no condomínio, que é muito grande.

Passamos o ano novo em família. A casa é grande, com boa estrutura, estava bem limpa e a piscina foi limpa diariamente. O Fábio sempre estava disponível e pronto a ajudar. O único ponto que dificultou é a distância da praia, não era possível ir a pé, mas deixávamos o carro dentro do condomínio, próximo a portaria. Então no final deu tudo certo 🙏🏻

A casa e igual a divulgada. Tivemos o excelente apoio do anfitriao Fabio, que nos orientou e deu todas as informacoes pertinentes. Os pontos de atenção que podem melhorar é a manutenção das fechaduras das portas e a instalação do wifi que hoje pode ser um diferencial na decisão da locação.

"Descanso merecido"

A comunicação com o anfitrião Fábio foi boa, ele foi atencioso e prestativo. A casa estava limpa, os utensilios estavam de acordo para uso, piscina limpa e a casa é bem fechada para quem leva pets pequenos. Gostei da casa e local, pretendo retornar com minha familia.

Estive na casa para um final de semana com a família, casa com bom espaço, piscina grande, quartos grandes uma ótima casa .... O proprietário muito atencioso super prestativo isso faz toda diferença. Resumindo final de semana maravilhoso.
