Welcome to 'RnR Sun Peaks' the perfect place for your family to enjoy some well deserved Rest 'n Relaxation. Our ski home is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 storey condominium that has it all, including a private garage! Located in the Forest Trails complex built by Intrawest, this ski-in, ski-out home backs onto green space, providing privacy when the blinds are open. From the warmth of the living room you can watch your children laugh and play as they toboggan down the path behind the condo.

Our family home is ski in, ski out (with little effort). Ski in all the way back home to the condo from the Gentle Giant ski run off of the Village Platter lift. A short 5 min walk up the complex from home brings you to the same Gentle Giant ski run in the morning. A short 10 minute walk to the Village or a 5 minute walk to the Rec Centre and Outdoor Skating Rink means you can park your vehicle your entire stay.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms with 7 beds in total (3 queens, 2 double, 2 twin) that will fit larger families/groups. Comfortable beds promote restful sleep so you can give it your all on the slopes. The bedrooms are large and spacious and provide flexibility for a number of different sleeping arrangements depending on your family's needs.

There are two private decks, one off the dining room on the main floor and one off the master bedroom on the upper floor. Both decks have excellent views of the path behind the complex where your children can enjoy a short toboggan run.

Upgraded with new 'vinyl' plank flooring on the main floor. Also upgraded to a 50 inch plasma TV along with a PVR and a blue ray/regular DVD player that is WI-FI enabled. HD Channels are available. The kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need to whip up amazing meals. The kitchen also has heated tile floors to warm your feet up after your day on the slopes. The dining table sits up to 10 people. Enjoy family meals together to plan the day and to talk about your adventures.

There is a high chair and playpen-style crib for our youngest guests.

Perfect Location/Perfect Size

This property is exactly how it is described. The ease of skiing into and relative ease of skiing out from the chalet was ideal for hitting the early morning lift start times on Sundance and Todd mountains. And, it is a short 7 minute walk down to the village centre. The kitchen has everything you need for any type of meal preparation and the dining table has lots of room for family and friends. And, the private view from the living/dining room windows was great! Huge spruce trees line your entire viewing area and on clear mornings you can watch the sun shinning on the Top of the World/Mt. Todd. Very nice!

Great place for a family

A very clean and spacious two-level townhouse with a lots of board games and jigsaw puzzles, perfect for a family (or two). Ski-out is a bit more challenging but ski-in was great even with kids. Thank you, Roberta, for all your helpful messages.

Perfect place for 2 families

This tidy and comfy condo was perfect for our 2 families - 8 pple including 4 kids 10-13. Kitchen was exceptionally well stocked, beds were all comfy and we had plenty of space. Heated garage as skiing mudroom (snowroom?) was perfect for keeping everyone's gear organized without cluttering the suite. Roberta was lovely, excellent communications, had all instructions and processes very well laid out. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Great vacation gateway

This was our first time visiting Sunpeaks and didn’t know what to expect. The condo was great, comfortable, clean and well equipped. Everyone had a bed to sleep in and being able to use the garage as a mud room for putting on and taking off your ski/ snowboard equipment was brilliant. To get on the lifts was about a five min walk but can basically ski right in at the end of the day. Thank-you Roberta for your hospitality. We’d definitely recommend to our friends in the future!
