At the end of it a petanque court, for digestion or for wild games, awaits you.<br>Everything is on the ground floor: living room kitchen-bathroom toilet//2 bedrooms (one with a step) and the 3rd a bedroom down a spiral staircase and window overlooking the basement (including no daylight).<br>parking not allocated to the house. but always possibility to park nearby (see photo) in the street which is a dead end road <br>A greenway for cycling/pedestrian is at the foot of the house as well as the site of the old tower of Cesson (12th century) and the cabanons du Valais (small summer district of the 1st paid holidays in 1936). The beach of Valais is 5 minutes from the house on foot but not ideal for swimming because we are on a bay that discovers 5-10 km at low tide. I advise you to look at Google Earth to locate the spot. For swimming beach of Rosaires 10 minutes away by car or Martin beach.<br>Attention: no television but possibility to connect to wifi with your personal computer. I can provide a television with an HDMI cable on request.
