Perfect North Fork Home

My family and I had an unbelievable experience in this beautiful Greenport home. Everything was as advertised if not better. If you are looking for a waterfront getaway on the North Fork this is your house. The host Ted was also fantastic and the communication throughout the trip was top notch.

Beautiful views of the LI Sound. Nice new pool. Special to have grapevines on the property. Short drives to both Southold and Greenport. Excellent getaway for family of four. Owner was super-responsive and friendly. Everything was easy.

We had a perfect trip! The house is perfectly located right on the sound. Ted was so easy to communicate with and made our stay great. The beds were very comfortable. The layout inside and outside of the house was charming and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and the proximity to Greenport village. We would definitely go back!

Ted is an A+ host and human being

Let’s briefly go over the property and the host. The house has stunning unobstructed north-facing views of the Long Island Sound, facing Connecticut. It’s a modest 2BR but plenty of space and big icthen and living area facing the water. Ted us super responsive as a host, but also generous. It’s their home and it feels like that, and Ted treats you like a guest. Would highly recommend.

We spent 5 days and 4 nights at this wonderful house. Everything was perfect. Property is amazing with a beautiful pool, large yard and right on the beach. Endless sunsets every day. Easy access to multiple towns with plenty to do. Absolutely perfect stay. Owner is friendly and easy to coordinate with. Will hopefully stay again.

Best of All Worlds

We had never stayed on the North Fork of LI and did not know what to expect. The house was just as advertised and had everything you could need - beautiful home, responsive owner, ocean front with beautiful vistas and an absolutely awesome pool. Having the pool and the ocean was great, switching between the two was a nice feature that we thoroughly took advantage of. As stated the owner Ted was amazing with immediate response via email or a call. Plenty of items in the house for tenant use, just bring your swim suit, food, drinks and the willingness to have a good time. Proximity to downtown Greens port was less than 10 minutes, what a great place to shop and eat out, anything you were looking for we found. Also out and around the outskirts plenty of deli's, bagel shops and snack places. I highly recommend a vineyard tour which we did, about 5 minutes from the house. Great time with my adult family. If you are looking for an awesome vacation at a great house in a perfect location with all the amenities look no further, this is the place. Thanks again Ted for the use of your time and allowing us to have an awesome summer vacation!

A Perfect Escape

Exactly as advertised - a cozy beachfront home with a great pool on the North Fork. We spent 5 days there and only left the property to pick up food. Owners were responsive and helpful. I have literally no complaints - highly recommended!

Beautiful View

The home was cozy and clean - exactly as advertised. Although our family of 5 really maxed out the space, we found the property perfect for our week in Greenport. The pool and lawn space were great. But best of all was the waterfront view. We spent hours looking out onto the Sound. The views have raised the bar for future vacation homes that is for sure. Although the nightly cost was a little high for only two bedrooms and one bath, it was a still a great experience and we would love an opportunity to return in the future.

Beautiful views

Lovely small house right on the water with a really nice pool and perfect views. The house is small but just right for our family of four. Sitting out back on the waterfront in the morning with a cup of coffee just drained the stress right out of me. The sunsets are spectacular under the right conditions. Ted was very responsive and helpful, great house.

Simply Amazing!

One of the best vacations ever! You couldn't ask for a better experience, host, property, location, etc. It was truly phenomenal and I would highly recommend this property and hopefully, this won't be the last time I book this property. Absolutely loved it! The combination of having a pool and beach access gives you the best of both worlds. Ted the owner is fantastic. He is always available and responds to anything that needs to be addressed quickly. The location is perfectly situated between Southold and Greenport giving you quick access to both towns. There are wineries all around, fresh farmer's markets, and fresh fish markets that are minutes away. I can't thank Ted enough for an amazing vacation.

Quaint home on spectacular property. Super clean and renovated. Amazing views of the Long Island sound and beautiful heated gunite pool. We had no reason to leave! Greenport and southold village both a hop skip away. Very close walking distance to the Soundview. We hope to come back! Laura C.

Such a beautiful view I wish I could share my pictures to show . The pool was perfect but also my seven year old had fun jumping from rocks to the water . The kids next door are so kind and sweet and played so nice with my children . Can not wait to go back . You cannot go wrong with this rental . We rent a lot and this Is professional run , which is rare . They had it all taken care of for us . No running around trying to manage the garbage or anything like that they are fully staffed. We just packed our things like being at a hotel and left stress free. The sunset is amazing and there is a lot going on locally from sunset boat rides to horse riding , vineyards and a very nice restaurant & at the sound view walking distance away

fabulous house

we loved every minute of our stay. the house was immaculate and everything was neat and clean. the beach front location made for fantastic sunsets and our kids loved throwing rocks in the ocean (even though it was freezing for some days!). todd made everything easy for us to settle into the house and also provided a few tips on what to do in the area. we actually got a bit lost when we were checking in on thursday and bothered him in the middle of the night. he was gracious enough to help us locate the right house. hope to be back again soon!
