Welcome to this beautifully decorated southside home located within minutes to the desert and to the lake. Enjoy the pool/spa in the backyard with views of Cupcake Mountain. Plenty of outdoor seating to watch the sunset and sit around the firepit on those cool crisp evenings. The open floor plan allows you to be in the kitchen and entertain with your guests while they are visiting in the living room. Large dining room table for family dinners or playing games.

For the comfort, safety, and security of all guests and neighbors, only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property at any time.
No outside visitors, unregistered guests, parties, gatherings, or events are allowed without prior written approval from the host. This includes daytime visitors and overnight guests.

For guest safety, this property is equipped with installed pool alarms on doors and/or access points leading to the pool area. Please do not disable, tamper with, or disconnect any safety devices during your stay.
Guests are responsible for supervising all children and non-swimmers at all times while using or near the pool area. No lifeguard is on duty. Use of the pool is at your own risk.
