Located two blocks from Lázaro beach, with calm and crystal clear waters, beautiful scenery, excellent for walking, water sports and children. Ideal for couples, solo adventures, families (with children) and groups. Located in a gated community, cozy, with high ceilings, large balcony and barbecue.

Ótima estadia com família.

Ficamos cerca de 10 dias na casa! Tivemos uma ótima experiência antes e durante à estadia com respostas rápidas e com resoluções de problemas que surgiram. A casa tem quartos com banheiros, ou seja, suítes que tornam muito boa a experiência das pessoas que estão nos quartos. Tem redes e o único ponto negativo é que a internet não pega nos quartos. É uma casa plana que para nós que tínhamos idosos facilita muito é realmente próxima da praia. Único ponto é que a casa é próxima da Praia do Lázaro, apesar de ser possível ir a pé até Domingas dias. A proprietária é super atenciosa e indicou uma ótima pessoa que nos auxiliou com a faxina diária. A casa possui jogos de tabuleiro, barracas e cadeiras. A cozinha possui todos os utensílios, exceto fatiador de queijo. Um ponto que destacaria como negativo é que a área da churrasqueira é junto a área de estacionamento, então para fazer churrasco é necessário tirar alguns carros da área de estacionar, porém é possível manter 2 carros médios/grandes e fazer churrasco.

O problema final de ano é que não foi informado pela proprietária que existe falta d'água se tivesse sido informado nós teríamos economizado a não gastaríamos tanta água e não ficaríamos sem água bem no dia primeiro bem na passagem de ano foi isso
