This comfortable, modern styled home is the perfect home away from home.
Located just one block away from the beach and Del Mar's Sea Grove Park, this beach house is all about location! Located on Coast Boulevard between 18th and 19th street and walking distance to popular restaurants such as Jake’s and Agave Del Mar as well as plenty of upscale shopping at the popular Del Mar Village.

The recently remodeled and fully equipped kitchen is airy and bright. Relax in the living room or spend some time grilling outdoors on the spacious patio. Patio dining table seats six. The master bedroom offers a king size bed, walk-in closet, and private bathroom. Two comfortable guest bedrooms have queen size beds and are adjacent to the second bathroom. Other amenities include; a new flat screen TV with U-Verse cable, wifi, washer/dryer, BBQ, beach chairs, umbrellas, linens, bath and beach towels and two parking spaces.

This is the top unit of a duplex and the perfect escape for a group of friends or small family to enjoy beach living in Del Mar.

Perfect Beach Week!

This was the perfect location! The beach is a block away with easy access, but the neighborhood was nice and relaxed without much traffic. Two fantastic, water-front restaurants are a block away, and a beautiful park with a playground on a bluff is just beyond that. You can also walk into the village in a couple of minutes, with even more restaurants, shops, coffee, etc. With grocery stores an easy drive away, we didn't need to leave Del Mar at all to have a great vacation and completely avoid CA freeways. The beach is a perfect family beach...plenty of games and surfing going on to watch, with a nice wide stretch of sand at low tide and a gradual entry for little ones to play in the waves and big enough surf to keep the more adventurous happy. The inside of the unit is nicely redone, and other than the lack of a real dining space inside (which we didn't mind since we either ate on the back deck or at the beach) everything you could need is there. Tom was very responsive, and when we bumped into him at the beach even came up with an extra boogie board and a wetsuit that were perfect for our 7 year old. We will definitely be returning!
