Difficultés à obtenir les clés de l’appartement. Nous avons attendus plus d 1 h après avoir pris contact avec la personne responsable. Sinon appartement impeccable conforme à la description.

très bien placé!

Très bien placé! l'appartement est bien agencé et a une vue magnifique. Il manque un service a raclette et fondue et vu le prix de changer les couettes et oreillers assez vétustes mais nous avons passé de belles vacances :)

En effet , comme je vous le précise a la réservation les appareils à raclette et fondue ne sont pas fournis car chaque commerce alimentaire les met à disposition des vacanciers. Il s'agit ainsi de ne pas encombrer les appartements inutilement. Nos oreillers sont changés pour moitié (plus si besoin) chaque année. Cette saison il y a donc 4 oreillers neufs et 4 avec une ancienneté d'un an. Ce sont des oreillers de couleur soit, mais non usagés. Couettes de couleur egalement, mais nous tenons à la propreté et conformité de nos équipements qui n'ont jamais été remis en question par les locataires de toutes ces années de location (19 ans), ni par la conciergerie. Les prestations de notre appartement classé 3* sont, d'autre part, vérifiées régulièrement.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en Avril à Avoriaz pour notre première dans cette station. La propriétaire Madame Maur est très réactive, de bons conseils et attentive à ce que notre séjour soit le meilleur possible. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter.

Wonderful Apartment in Amazing Location

We had a great stay here! The host was easy to get in touch with and provided general recommendations for our stay. The apartment was perfect for us as a family of 4. Incredibly convenient location with just a few steps away from the ski school for kids and also the supermarket.

Idéal pour séjour avec enfants

L'appartement est idéalement situé face au Village des Enfants. Il est grand par rapport à la plupart des locations en station. Le salon / cuisine ouverte est particulièrement agréable. La cuisine est très bien équipée et permet de cuisiner comme à la maison. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très aisé. Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous n'hésiteront pas à re-louer cet appartement.

Proches de toutes les commodités en face du village des enfants ... appartement très agréable et fonctionnel en plein centre de la station. Tout est expliqué sous forme de notices dans l’appartement ce qui est assez pratique ... seul bémol la salle de bain un peu étriquée surtout quand on a de jeunes enfants à doucher ... mais c’est vraiment pour mettre un point négatif. Accueil et propriétaires très bien. Nous connaissions déjà avoriaz cet appartement restera dans nos préférences.

The property is nicely maintained and fully equipped. The bunk bed mattresses were a little firm for our liking but everything was clean and nicely presented. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows and good stock of cleaning solutions. Great position for slopes although a little noisy when the nightclub closes.

roomy apartment in the centre of Avoriaz

Nice apartment in the Andante "tower", very central and only 90 seconds walk to the supermarket and nearest ski hire shop. Ski from the door to Tour, Stade and Lac lifts and ski back home (a little poling needed) through the car-free village centre. Originally designed as two apartments, there is plenty of space - the main bedroom is a good size, although the second bedroom is very small and really only suitable for children. The apartment is very well equipped, clean, warm and comfortable. Our only complaint (which is not the fault of the residence) was the chaos at the unloading bay when we arrived on Saturday - no organisation and no-one telling us what to do or how to get a sleigh or snow cat. But we had a great holiday and would definitely return to Avoriaz and this apartment,

Stayed here for half term. Great apartment, well equipped, and really handy for ski school, shops, and restaurants. Lots of storage, ski out straight onto the piste, and return within a few metres. Good WiFi, and BBC tv. Will definitely be back.

A quelques mètres du centre et des pistes, situation excellente. Bien équipé, accueil très sympathique, notre hôte a pu s'adapter aux heures d'arrivée et départ les plus confortables pour nous avec beaucoup de gentillesse. Léger bémol sur la petite chambre "idéale pour enfants", elle est effectivement indiquée pour des enfants, peu d'espace sur le lit du bas, compliqué pour un adulte.

Very nice apartment with great views and location!

The apartment was lovely. It had everything we needed for a cozy retreat during snow thunderstorms or sunshine! The location was perfectly situated near the children's village and a short walk to village shops. The owners accommodated our requests for a baby highchair and baby bed. Thanks to the Maur's for their attention to details and a well-kept charming apartment.

L'accès au réseau internet a été modifié en janvier dans le cadre des nouvelles mesures de sécurité . Il est nécessaire de reprogrammer la connection chaque semaine et j'avoue qu il y a des ratés. Par contre sur la notice mise à votre disposition il y a un numéro de téléphone pour assistance et il ne faut pas hésiter à les appeler.

Appartement très agréable et très bien situé

Nous venons de passer un agréable séjour dans cet appartement où rien ne manque. La location comprend le linge de lit et le linge de toilette ce qui est vraiment génial compte tenu de la place et du poids qu'ils occupent dans les bagages. L'appartement est très bien situé avec une belle vue sur la station. Il est proche du centre et du Village des enfants. L'organisation de la propriétaire est top et l'accueil parfait.

Notre appartement est idéalement placé pour les familles avec enfants fréquentant le village d'Annie Famose, Ayant nous même 2 enfants, il a été particulièrement agencé pour avoir un coin nuit parents et enfants séparé. Nous nous appliquons chaque année à le rendre chaleureux et aussi à ce que nos locataires aient un accueil avec écoute attentive. Merci de nous faire part de vos impressions.

appartement trés spacieux, trés clair, situé en plein coeur de la station mais au calme; ideal pour les enfants car le Village des enfants est en face; l' appartement est tout neuf entierement rénové , trés clair ,trés bien chauffé; sanitaires et salle de douche impeccables; une belle location sans surprise tout a été trés bien pensé par le propriétaire, de l' arrivée au départ ; nous étions avec nos 2 petits enfants fin mars 2013 et nous avons été ravis de notre séjour

Appartement tres bien equipé, deco recente.Propre. Tres lumineux avec grandes baies vitrées ensoleillées, et belles vues. Situé au coeur de la station et sur le village des enfants (pratique car les enfants peuvent rentrer seuls, si on le souhaite). Chacun trouve sa place puisqu'il est composé de 3 pieces differentes avec fenetre ! Tres calme durant notre sejour.
