Comfortable house in a very pleasant environment, integrated with the condominium's private garden, in a vast green area with coconut and fruit trees, located 90 m from the beach. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, upper balcony, mezzanine and external balcony. High ceiling and well ventilated. Tiled pool, barbecue and pizza oven. Ceiling fan in all environments. Homemade in the house for any eventuality. Total of 8 people.

Casa confortável

A casa é confortável e estava muito limpa. A piscina é excelente para os dias mais quentes. Gilberto foi muito atencioso e prestativo, passamos dias ótimos em sua casa.

Ano novo 2019/20

A casa é simples, mas atende o que precisa para uma estadia. Casa bem localizada e limpa. Porém enxergamos alguns pontos fracos na casa: 1) a área externa é bem escura, fazer churrasco à noite não é algo muito agradável. 2) A TV só liga, não funcionou nenhum canal (caseiro não soube resolver). 3) Somente 8 pratos para refeição. 4) O caseiro é prestativo, mas no início nos incomodou circulando a todo momento pela área da piscina enquanto as crianças / mulheres estavam lá. 5) A fossa da casa entupiu. 6) Nos sentimos muito lesados pelo zelador do condomínio. O mesmo montou nosso gazebo por dois dias e somente depois informou que o custo era 30 reais por dia (segundo ele foi acertado com o Sr Osvaldo (caseiro) mas não nos avisaram). Inclusive nos tratou muito mal após anunciarmos que não precisaria mais montar. 7) O dono do imóvel é bem intransigente, crianças (3 anos) são contabilizadas como adultas (ATENÇÃO para quem for ficar na casa), inclusive fomos ameaçados de expulsão se não pagasse 25% a mais do que pagamos pela semana do ano novo. E 8) A moça que contratamos para limpar a casa nos informou que uma terceira pessoa (uma tal de Jo) faria uma VISTORIA na casa enquanto estávamos na praia e SEM o nosso consentimento para verificar se tínhamos quebrado algo! UM ABSURDO! Atenção para quem for ficar nesta casa!

Casa excelente, recomendo!

A casa é exatamente como nas fotos, super agradável, limpinha e pertinho da praia. Além disso, Gilberto foi muito atencioso e solícito desde a reserva até o fim da nossa estadia. Já conhecia a praia de Guaecá, super tranquila e a experiência foi excelente! Com certeza iremos voltar!

Casa Incrível

Estivemos durante o Reveillon e adoramos a estadia! A casa é muito organizada, limpa e tem todos os utensílios básicos necessários. Área verde linda. O caseiro Sr Oswaldo muito gentil e prestativo. Cuidou todos os dias da piscina. A praia é encantadora. Água muito limpa e bem elitizada. Para quem gosta de sossego e passar felizes dias com a família é o lugar ideal! Obrigado aos proprietários! Com certeza voltaremos! super Recomendo
