Large house built on two plots a few meters from the sea and very sunny. There are 4 suites with closets, dining room, lounge and TV (SKY). All refrigerated environments with air conditioning and lush endless view of the sea. Pool and jacuzzi with comfortable loungers, ombrelones, tables and chairs. BBQ area and a private gym. American kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer. Sleeps 10 comfortably. Condominium located in Ponta da Sela, which offers tennis courts, soccer and beach volleyball. Pool and deck for fishing and support for boats. Natural pool. Possibility of deep sea fishing, snorkeling and all water sports. 24-hour security. Next to Curral beach and several restaurants. Free WiFi in the condo

Amazing house in Ilhabela

The house is amazing with a breathtaking view. Everything was excellent: the rooms, living rooms and swimming pool - just lovely. The house was clean and very well equipped. My kids had a great time diving and fishing down at the pier. A car is recommended to go downtown and around. I recommend this property and want to come back soon.

Lovely house, strict rules

Stunning house, beautiful views, fully equipped with all mod cons. Would recommend to others and stay again. Only things to note - House isn't situated where website suggests - It is some 30min drive from centro - Access to house. We arrived in evening, no one was there to greet us, security initially refused us access. Had to call owner. Expected a better reception Generally the security were very strict with who we had in house - We thought this was a little over the top, we felt almost like criminals every time we tried to enter/leave residencia ponte de sela
