BEAUTIFUL 2 BR Beach Rental, Includes Washer/Dryer

Our vacation rental is a completely renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath garage apartment located in the South Side of Bradley Beach. We are 4 blocks from the beach & 2 blocks from Main St. You can walk to the BB train station, a ton of great restaurants, Del Ponte’s Bakery & Coal Fired Pizza and Beach Plum Ice Cream Parlor.

There is a ton of natural light and it is very spacious. The kitchen has Silestone tile counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The closets are huge in both bedrooms for ample storage. Beautiful bamboo hardwood floors are installed throughout and we have a high def flat screen TV w/ FIOS TV and Netflix. There is one large bathroom with your own washer and dryer.

Relax on the beautiful outdoor deck that boasts a great ocean breeze. Take a nap on the couch or enjoy breakfast and a cup of coffee at the outdoor dining table that seats 4.

Fantastic Shore Rental

Great Bruce stay

We (family of 4) had a great time in the house of Nicole & Tom. The house feels like your own home. Tom and Nicole can get you good advise and help you directly if you need. Its well equipped and in a quiet Neighbourhood. And, you can go by foot for dining or to the beach!

My partner and I were delighted with Nicole and Tom’s place. Communication was a breeze and response was very quick. Tom welcomed us with lots of great information and was very helpful throughout. The apartment is super clean and comfy and it was so convenient to walk to the beach or Main Street for dinner. We loved hanging out on the porch watching the sunset, having the ocean breezes through the windows and taking a shower outdoors after a day at the beach. The neighborhood was so quiet and safe. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect Month-Long Home

Our stay at this Bradley Beach rental was fantastic. The location was perfect for us, right by the beach and close to everything we needed. The home itself was comfortable and well-equipped, making our month-long stay truly a breeze. It provided the ideal retreat for my kids and me during our transition between homes. We enjoyed exploring the amazing town of Bradley Beach and the surrounding towns (Ocean Grove especially!) and evening walks on the beach, spending time on the huge wrap around porch of the home, and soaking in the peaceful beach vibes. The hosts went above and beyond for us and could not have been more accommodating. I can't thank you enough for making what could have really easily been an awful month for me and my kids into an absolutely amazing one that I know they will never forget, and neither will I. <3

We had a great stay. Nicole and Tom were great hosts, made excellent recommendations, and even shared their garden with us. The apartment is as advertised- updated and cozy. It was perfect when there were 2 of us, a bit tight for 4. A solid walk to the beach but great location for ice cream, bakery and restaurants. Would stay again.

An Awesome stay at an awesome location!

Our stay at the Bradley Beach VRBO was awesome. Tom and Nicole were super easy to work with and they were very gracious hosts. The location of the VRBO was perfect for us and it was a fun trip knowing that we were so close to everything. Highly recommend Bradley Beach and Tom and Nicole.

Summer Delight

Spent the month of July in the PENTHOUSE(as we refer to ) a lovely summer retreat. Home owners could not do enough from time of arrival(help carrying up luggage etc. etc. etc.). The apt. was spotless, the décor so fresh & up to date...outdoor porch delightful to enjoy the breeze. Also loved the Tues. nite band practice in the church parking lot. Looking forward to next July.

I stayed here for 3 months and loved it. The apartment is bright, cheerful, and well equipped. The owners are very accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I loved being able to easily walk to the beach, library, movies, shops, and restaurants. The apartment is close to everything, yet set back enough from the road to give you privacy. I highly recommend the place!
