Beautiful Copacabana penthouse with jacuzzi, balcony and sea view of Copacabana, decorated and luxurious with wonderful sea view. Lounge, guest toilet, dining room, 1 bedroom with double beds, but 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 2 separate toilets. Cable TV, broadband internet connection, full kitchen with laundry facilities and washing machine. On the beach block near supermarket, shopping, bars and restaurants and shopping.

The apartment is a little dated but great location. Owner is fantastic in getting back to you with questions and concerns. The place was super clean and security around the clock. Best spit is the huge balcony

Perfect Sunset views

This is a wonderful property with all the amenities that we enjoy. Tereza was a fantastic host and was helpful with allowing us to arrive a day earlier than expected when the pandemic messed up our other plans. The patio is truly a paradise. The neighborhood is nice and in a very desired area of Rio.. We will definitely rent here again.

Die Wohnung ist leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, rin paar renovierungen täten gut. Lage ist super!WLAN hat leider nicht funktioniert, hätte vielleicht durch langes kommunizieren mit der Vermieterin funktioniert, hatten wir jedoch dann keine Zeit/Lust uns damit rumzuärgern im Urlaub.

Tolles Apartement in toller Lage

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Anfangs hatten wir vor allem Bedenken wegen der Sicherheit auf Grund der Lage, die sich aber sehr schnell zerstreut haben. In den 2 Wochen hatten wir nicht eine einzige brenzelige Situation. Weder am Strand noch abends in der Umgebung, wir wurden weder überfallen noch beklaut, noch sonst etwas. Direkt gegenüber ist eine Schule, dessen Schulhof sich am Wochenende in einen tollen Markt mit vielen Essensständen und Life-Musik verwandelt. In der Umgebung sind jede Menge Restaurants,,Läden, etc. Das Apartement selbst ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet, der Balkon ist fantastisch. Vom Standard muss man gegenüber europäischem Niveau einige Abstriche in Kauf nehmen: Lose Steckdosen, quitschende Türen, in einer Dusche funktioniert das Kaltwasser nicht, auf dem Balkon steht in der Mitte immer Wasser. Aber das trübt den Gesamteindruck nur minimal. Das einzig wirklich ärgerliche: Meine Frau hat bei der Abreise ihren Geldbeutel im Apartment vergessen und der war dann weg, die Putzfrauen haben angeblich nichts gefunden. Natürlich sind wir da selbst Schuld, aber mehr Ehrlichkeit wäre schön gewesen.

l'appartement est très bien situé, au 14ème étage, avec une magnifique vue sur la plage toute proche. La literie est très confortable. Hélas il mériterait un grand coup de neuf! Tout est négligé: La décoration, les réparations.... Meubles de salle de bains abimés, rideaux déchirés,table de salon extérieur cassée et jacuzzi qui fuyait! Tasses ébréchées et sans anses! C'est dommage la déco art déco a dû être très belle il y a quelques années. Sinon bon emplacement , à quelques rues d'une station de métro ,des boutiques et de restaurants

Superbe appartement. Le lieu est un peu viello mais par rapport au prix sa vaut vraiment la peine. Attention la cuisine est équipée avec le strict minimum et donc il faut considérer le lieu comme un très beau dortoir mais pas pour commencer à mijoter des petit coin plats

Ótima localização e vista, mas Jacuzzi não esquenta

Adoramos a localização e o imóvel! Áreas e quartos grandes, com vista linda da praia. O imóvel é antigo e alguns itens não funcionam bem: a televisão da sala é smart mas trava o tempo todo, alem da velocidade da internet que é fraca e acaba não ajudando. A jacuzzi não esquenta - segundo a proprietária não tem essa função, mas existe um termômetro nela - recomendamos que isso esteja no anúncio. A suíte principal não cortina blackout e o quarto fica claro muito cedo. Do mais, a Tereza foi sempre cordial e disponível, adoramos a estadia.

Matheus e seus amigos foram hóspedes exemplares! No quarto da suíte como vc escreveu não está correto pois tem blecaute e cortina também como na foto! A hidromassagem não tem aquecimento! Está escrito no anúncio vc esqueceu de dizer que lhe deixei ficar até o horário da sua saída com muito carinho pois sempre que não tenho hóspedes chegando no mesmo dia deixo ficar e não cobro nada! Ok nem sempre podemos agradar a todos! Atenciosamente

Penthouse-Wohnung mit unglaublich toller Aussicht

Die Penthouse-Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine unglaubliche Aussicht über die Copacabana. Tereza war eine unglaublich gute Gastgeberin und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Die Küche könnte etwas besser ausgestattet sein und das Mobiliar ist schon etwas älter.
