Our Condo has central air conditioning, 2 bedrooms, a fully renovated kitchen with granite countertops, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, stove top, tile hardwood floors, a mermaid mosaic in the bathroom, a large private balcony, three flat screen tv's, nintendo wii with games, sony playstation 2 with games, a blu ray player, a DVD player, 30 DVD movies to watch, wifi, pool, 4 beach chairs, elevator access, and laundry facilities on site along with a beautiful view of the town from the top floor.

Park your car in our covered garage and enjoy a quick walk to the beach, boardwalk, shopping etc. You'll never have to worry about paying for parking again in Ocean City!

No need to worry about carrying cash on the beach with our 4 beach tags included with your rental! Our condo is located in the heart of town between Seventh and Eighth streets just one block from the Waterpark.

Our home is a non smoking unit and we do not allow pets. Owner cleans and inspects condo each week to ensure your perfect stay.

Perfect for our family of 4

We had an amazing week and this condo was perfect. It was immaculate when we arrived and was the perfect size for our family. The pool was a game changer - there were days we skipped the beach completely and just went swimming at the pool. I highly recommend this unit and Danny as a renter!

Great Condo!

The Condo is very nice! It looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and updated. The private balcony was great. This condo is close to everything but on a nice quiet street. We used the pool daily which was very well maintained daily by a staff member. Overall, it was a great experiene and hope to rent again.

The condo was in a great location, and well maintained. The pool was a wonderful addition. It was obvious that the owner takes great pride in his place. The central air made things very comfortable. Would definitely consider renting again.

Wonderful condo in a great location!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this condo and had a wonderful family vacation in Ocean City. The unit is beautiful and clean. The complex is well kept and seems to be well managed. The common areas and pool are very nice. The location of the unit within the complex is great and the unit has great views. The condo is in a great location. Close to the beach and Boardwalk and lots of other attractions. We would recommend this condo to others and will likely be back. Thank you to the owners for a great stay!

Great location

Me and my family stayed here for four of July week. The condo was very well stocked including the kitchen. The kitchen was a little small but besides that condo was very nice and clean. Only two blocks away from Boardwalk and beach. We didn't have to move our car the entire time we were there. Owners never bothered us and always responded right back when we had a question. We had three little children whom enjoyed having the pool. I would definitely rent this condo again if I came back to Ocean City. Would give 5 stars if the condo was a little bigger.

Great for parents and kids!

We loved our time at this property. Super clean. Two bedrooms with space for our portable crib in the master. Nice balcony. Great having a pool on-site. Very short walk to the beach. Affordable too. Great for a family.

Clean beautiful centrally located condo!

Clean, clean, clean! This cute condo was spotless upon arrival! And for someone like me who is meticulous about being in a clean environment it was perfect! The complex grounds were also very well kept we saw a daily cleaning service there maintaining and the pool was always quiet and spotless. The location was ideal within walking distance to the beach and the boardwalk and all the restaurants nearby. We parked our car and didn't have to use it majority of the week. The condo is one of the few units that's entrance is covered which was great not having to walk a long ways and/or stand out in the rain. It appeared it was one of the only few units with central air vs. the wall units which made the temp always comfortable for everyone in the entire condo. This was the first place none of our allergies bothered us as it was so clean, no animals you can tell have never been there and the central air really helped. The master bedroom was very large and could easily fit a cot (they have one in the closet) and/or bring a blow up mattress as their is ample room for one to put in that room. We ate out on the nice deck often and the chaise lounge was a great spot to read. The game systems Wii and Playstation were a huge hit with my little guy and a life saver on the rainy day we had. Couldn't ask for a better place. Danny and Jenn were an absolute pleasure to rent from. I am sure you will have just as nice of an experience as we did. Looking forward to returning! :)

Just Perfect

We just returned home from a week long stay. The pictures are exactly what it looks like in person. The condo was clean as was the entire complex, pool and common area. The condo is conveniently located a block from the beach/boardwalk and waterpark. We pretty much walked everywhere! The owners responded quickly to every email I sent. It was truly the perfect vacation for our family of 4 and we can't wait to go back next summer!

Great location, well kept condo

The condo was very clean and well kept, as were the pool area and all public areas. A large balcony overlooks the pool, convenient parking, everything you need to have a great beach vacation. A 2 minute walk to beach and boardwalk or downtown shops and restaurants. The owner is very easy to contact and attentive to all questions/concerns. We will definitely be back.

Danny and Jenn - we love the beach and are very blessed to have a house in Ocean City. It took a lot of hard work and effort but our condo is now our dream home.

Why they chose this property

It is in the perfect location! We wanted a home that you can park your car and be able to walk everywhere you want. We are within just a few blocks of the grocery store, numerous restaurants, the boardwalk, clothing stores, hair salons, nail salons and at least 5 churches close by.
