This beautiful beachside home is a perfect get away for friends and family. It has lush grounds with a tropical palapa. The GROUND LEVEl 3/2 plus Casita 1/1 addition also offers a beach entry pool, full pool bathroom, outdoor shower and two private patios. This Hacienda is situated on a spacious 3 lots with playground compete with swing set, trampoline, sandbox and lots of running area for kids. Side walks for chalking.
The beach access is at the end of the road, a short 3-5 min walk. You cross a two lane road that is traveled slowly.


The adjacent Casita has a King bed, bath, kitchenette, large private patio. Steps from the pool and perfect for two. Can be RENTED SEPARATE for the extra guests depending on the season. Property sleeps up to 12 guest with this addition. Rental rate is subject to increased charge and range from $110-175 depending on the season.
The property also has a full size pool bathroom with walk in shower.

Owner may occupy the upstairs on occasion. Only the upstairs, the grounds are not shared.Separate entrances for all of the structures.

This site only collects 6% of the 17% tax. We will send payment request for the 11% based on total nightly rate. It will state Administrative fee as there is no option listed for taxes. We appreciate this taken care of if possible before your stay. Thank you.

Beach getaway!

Absolutely Beautiful!

This place was absolutely beautiful! It was like a mini oasis. Perfect for a vacation getaway equipment with everything you need. Private pool and a short walk to the beach. The owners were very nice and attentive. I would definitely rent again!

We had an amazing stay in South Padre any problems were taken care of right away and were very small they are trying to improve the property and most issues were related to the updates . Loved everything and would stay here again! Thanks for everything Dayna and Jimmy!

Amazing Get away

We had 5 adults, 2 teens and a toddler at the house. Sleeping accommodations were great and the casita was an added benefit four our friend and her son to stay in. Pool and backyard area are huge and a wonderful place to relax. Owners were great to communicate with and very responsive to a few questions we had.

Awesome place for a large group!

My friends and I had an epic vacation on this property! The property is beautiful with lots of room. The outdoor areas, including the pool make it a a fantastic area to just hang out and enjoy each other’s company. The proximity to the beach is the greatest asset this property has; a short walk and you are enjoying a pristine beach. There is no doubt that we would all come back to this property as the host was simply gracious and kind. Highly recommend!!

Location location location

Location is perfect near center of town and less than a block to beach. Privacy was wonderful hosts were very nice and responsive to all questions and requests. This is not a beachy house but more like a home which we found to be warm and inviting. It is an older home but most of it has been remodeled The pool and yard were wonderful There are so many separate areas for conversation for 1 or 2 or for everyone to get together. We will definitely try to come back

Very nice property

This property lives up to its description! The house is clean and comfortable, all the furnishings, appliances and utensils are good quality (loved the many sharp knives). The yard is amazing, with a nice pool and hot-tub, lots of comfortable chairs, 2 bbq's, etc. The yard is large but very private with lots of space. It also has a large playground area with lots of stuff for families with kids. Dayna and Jimmy are great hosts, very friendly and quick to respond to address any issues (broken coffee pot replaced within a couple hours). We would certainly stay here again!

Three Families, Two Roofs, and One Awesome Getwaway

Our three families enjoyed our stay at this beach house. We occupied the lower level of the main house and the one-room casita; it was perfect for the 8 of us. The living areas and pool were clean and spacious, and although some things could be updated, we were pleased with the amenities. More importantly, the proximity to the beach is hard to argue with. It’s a two-minute walk to the ocean (one minute to the sand), and there’s plenty of parking for the guests—we had four vehicles in our group. The owners were understanding and flexible with our questions and requests, and they responded quickly. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay here again.

Great family get away house

We had 3 families staying in the house and utilized every available bed, including the sofa bed. Parking was great, we had 3 vehicles and nobody had to park on the street. We cooked every day in the well stocked kitchen and utilized the charcoal grill for dinner in the evening. I loved that there are 2 washers and dryers, as it made washing/drying wet suits and towels quicker. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, they were used every day. The play area with the trampoline was nice for the kids as well. The house is located less than a block from a gift shop and liquor store, which is convenient if needed. It is a 5 minute or less walk to the beach access point at the end of the street. We all had a blast at the beach and loved the convenience of being able to just load up the wagon and go. Communication with the owner was great, she was very quick to respond. The only minor issue I had was staying in the casita. I would definitely book this house for another trip to South Padre Island.

The property was very spacious! The kids loved running outside and jumping in the pool! The moms loved relaxing in the hot tub! The dads enjoyed cooking out in the big palapa! Overall it was a perfect house for a mini getaway. I would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break get away

Overall, me and my friends had a blast staying here. The showers are nice, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen has a nice vibe to it, the Casita is very nice with a restroom and shower with outside access. The pool is big enough for 10 of us to fit and relax for the night. The beach is a little walk, less than 5m, maybe even 3m. Would recommend if you have kids, they would have fun there. Would definitely come back again!

Wonderful... but hidden fees

It was wonderful of course in warm climate. Loves palm trees, pool, hot tub, casita, tiki hut. Dayna was friendly and helpful. Only part i didnt care for was finding out I owned more tax on the place. It should be up-front. Overall joyful time with my family. Thanks to Dayna.

What makes this property unique

This home was the 12th home built on the island and has wonderful character and lush grounds. We are one of very few properties that are situated on almost 3 lots. Space galore is a wonderful benefit.
