Sea Watch is one of Ocean City's finest condominium complexes. It is conveniently located on 115th St and Coastal Hwy. Oceanfront unit that is located near shopping, restaurants, movie theatre and of course the beach. The building's many amenities include: indoor heated pool, outdoor and baby/toddler swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball court, beach volleyball court, well equipped playground, billiard room, fitness facility, saunas, game room, gift shops, snack and soda shop, movie theater / cinema and a beautiful interior courtyard.
The building includes 24 hour security and maintenance.


This 2 bedroom plus den, two bath unit sleeps 6 comfortably and is equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, central air, TV's, DVD Player, Premium Cable and free wireless internet access at the condo and some areas in the building such as the lobby, courtyard and other areas. Also, a balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean and Bay. It is a home away from home.

A wonderful place for a beach getaway. Private beach access and close to shopping and food. The place had everything we needed for cooking . The weather didn’t cooperate for the beach but the condo had an indoor pool, a billiard room and an arcade. The unit was stocked with board games as well. We had no problem just relaxing and using the amenities available at the property.

The condo building had a lot of nice activities for kids, even for rainy days! Our kids enjoyed the playground, pools, arcade, theater, and of course the beach! The condo itself was very nice with plenty of space and a full kitchen. I highly recommend staying here!

Very nice condo at the Sea Watch. Owners take a lot of pride in there property and it shows. I have stayed in 5 other condos at the Sea Watch and none are as well cared for than this one.

Clean rental with great views of the ocean and bay

This unit was very clean and a perfect size for my family of 4. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The views from the balcony are excellent. There isn't a lot of extra storage in the kitchen for food but that was the only minor downside of our stay. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

Condo was fantastic! Very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. There were also beach toys, umbrella, chairs, tennis rackets, basketball, etc. The views were stunning. You could look one direction and see the ocean and then look the other way and see the bay. We would definitely stay here again!
