Quality cottage in an old farmhouse

Renovated cottage in an old farmhouse, all comfort, including:
- on the ground floor: fitted kitchen, living room, utility room, wc;
- on the 1st floor: two bedrooms, shower room, wc.
Private garden with games for children (trampoline, slide, badminton ...)
Car park.
WIFI connection.
Sheets provided from 15 days of rentals.
Rental of the gîte from Saturday to Saturday.
Possibility for children to mix with 3 docile and gentle donkeys: Pollux, Chataigne and Marron.

The cottage is located near the small sea of Gâvres and 5 minutes by car from the shops.
5 km from the beaches, you can taste the various pleasures of the coast (swimming, fishing on foot, walking, shells).
Riantec is a rather rural seaside town but located ten minutes from LORIENT by water bus (known for its interceltic festival, its port, the sailing city of Tabarly ..), Port Louis and its museum of company of India, Carnac and its menhirs, Auray and Vannes (cities of character), Quiberon and its beautiful beaches but also Pont-Scorff with its zoo or islands such as Belle Île and Groix.

An excellent and spacious cottage. Everything you could need was included. Our host was excellent, overcoming the language barriers with grace. The one very minor issue we encountered was rectified within 10 mins Guests bringing a pet, should note the garden is not enclosed so you will need to bring a tether.

Que dire hormis que l'accueil chaleureux de Marie Thé et Michel, le calme du gîte, la beauté de l'endroit et les nombreuses balades à pied nous ont ravi. Nous nous sommes senti "comme à la maison" au regard de l'aménagement et de la propreté des lieux.Sans oublier Tonton et Caramel dans le Pré voisin.Ne changez surtout rien et prenez soin de vous

gite de campagne tout prés de belles plages

On est accueilli avec beaucoup de sympathie et des friandises nous attendaient.Gîte très propre. Appareils ménagers impeccables. Les propriétaires nous ont renseigné sur les sites à visiter...plages,chateaux, villages de caractère. Il est indispensable de prendre du temps pour s'imprégner de Montlouis car exceptionnel.

Très beau gîte avec tout ce qu’il faut dedans et très bien situé. Merci pour les petits cadeaux de bienvenue. Propriétaires très gentils et très agréables , ils ont en plus accepté nos 2 gros chiens alors que c’était normalement 1 seul. Nous avons passé un super séjour, la location est bien située, au calme, très bien équipée (electro ménager recent et efficace) très bons echanges avec la propriétaire des lieux qui est adorable, le petit guide fait maison à disposition sur place nous a aidé à programmer nos visites. Tout était parfait et, non négligeable : le trempoline dans le jardin à beaucoup servi à nos deux enfants. On a aussi bien joué avec les jeux sur place (ballon, pétanque, dames... ) Une très belle expérience que nous renouvellerons si on peut ! Merci beaucoup

Vive la Bretagne !

Nous avons passé deux semaines formidables. Un accueil des plus chaleureux, une propreté des lieux à souligner. Les proprietaires sont aux petits soins et le logement très bien situé, entre terre et mer, proche de toutes commodités. De nombreuses balades à pieds ou à vélos sont possibles autour du gîte. Fêtes locales, manchés et autres activités nous sont conseillés par les propriétaires. Sans oublier un beau jardin équipé pour ls enfants/ados. Vacances clés en main. Un seul mot : MERCI

Sourire et générosité

Nos hôtes nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, ont toujours été disponibles avant et pendant le séjour. C'est une région magnifique pour les amoureux de nature. Le gîte est idéalement situé, à l'abri des trépidations touristiques. Je reviendrai c'est certain.
