Fully Remodeled Unit with Free Parking in Waikiki Banyan

Renovated Pool and Recreation Deck will be re-open by end of April-May 2026. The Condo is located one block from the world-famous Waikiki Beach. The unit offers luxury living with peaceful mountain, canal and golf course views. It has been recently remodeled with natural stone tile floor, granite counter tops, dish washer and new furnishings. There are two separate entrances to the bathroom from the bedroom and living room.

Only a short walk takes you to the golf course, restaurants, shops, parks, the Honolulu Zoo, the International Market Place and bus stops. Honolulu International Airport is only a 25 minute drive.

The property is well maintained with a excellent recreation deck that has a heated outdoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, tennis court and a children's playground. There is also free covered parking, free local and long distance phone calls to US Mainland and Canada. Free internet access is also included. Swimming pool and Jacuzzi may closed for maintenance or emergency repairs at anytime without advanced notice. There will be no refund or discount if this happens during guests' stay.

Hawaii is a very special place. We love the unique culture of Hawaii, the climate, and environment. The people are extraordinarily friendly making our time spent here that much more enjoyable.

The host is superb and the location is amazing. This condo is spacious, with the ability to open the sliding doors on the lanai and let the cool breeze in.the unit This was my best stay in Hawaii. Forget the big name hotels and book this location today!

The view was amazing! The place was comfortable and cozy. The people in the place directly above were very noisy, sometimes into the late hours of night. That being said, this place was very nice and in a great location.

We were just in this unit before Linda's arrival and replaced all our pillows (as we do every 4-5 months). That said, we know pillow preferences are unique to each guest. Furthermore, we just purchased bamboo blankets for added comfort for our guests. Our management company takes care of all our linens. Linda (as with any guest) is free to reach out to our management company for a change if they feel a change is needed. There are additional pillows, sheets and pillow cases in the closet as well. As we stated to Linda earlier, we are sorry that she did not read her contract more carefully, in which it clearly stated that the pool and hot tubs were closed due to the Recreation Deck being refurbished.

Beautiful view! I got to watch the sunrise every morning. Great location just a few blocks to Waikīkī beach and lots of restaurants. Loved that there were beach supplies provided, it made it super easy to just grab & go. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Thank you for your review Steve. Just a few corrections: the pool construction is in the contract and posted online. In fact, we have posted that the entire deck is being remodelled. We would never hide this from our guests. The construction on the deck is why our prices have been reduced and will continue to be until the work is completed in the spring of 2026.

My husband & I had the absolute best time here in beautiful Honolulu, Hawaii. The condo itself is stunning, super clean and just the right amount of space for two people comfortably, not to mention the view from the balcony is breathtaking. Fun and Satisfying stay

Close to Waikiki beach great sunsets. Easy parking. Easy to get around with car. My one complaint is that the bathroom had a funky (may be sewer) smell that seemed to be worse after showers.

Fabulous apartment with all that you need for a nice stay. The only reason I didn't rate it 5 stars was because it was very noisy above us!! The apartment itself was very clean spacious and modern but I'm a very light sleeper and the noise above with scaping chairs and walking was hard for me...but I would stay again in hopes upstairs was quieter!

We had a wonderful vacation. The room was just as described and very clean. The view was beautiful. I highly recommend getting up to watch the sunrise over the mountains. The only thing that was bothersome was the traffic noise at night. If you are used to the city sounds then you won’t have an issue. Everything you need is within walking distance or you can grab it at the 2 little stores at the Banyan. Go to the beach early so you can get a good spot. The later it gets, the louder the beach gets so keep that in mind if you are wanting a little more peace and quiet.

A few blocks from the beach

Enjoyed this little unit. Less than 2 blocks from the beach and free parking. They also have beach chairs and an umbrella you can use plus other beach toys. Will recommend or stay if we come back.
