Close to Flour Field, Falls Park, the Kroc Center, the Peace Center, bars, restaurants, shops, wedding venues and Greenville Hospital System medical campus, Pendleton Arts District. Great place for family reunions!!

Great location! Within walking distance of grocery store, restaurants, wedding venues. We had a great time! We used the house as a meeting place for all the people attending a family wedding. The Swamp Rabbit Trail was a bonus!

Perfect property for our Family and Friends

We enjoyed a week with family and friends at the Swamp Rabbit Inn. The kitchen as well stocked when we arrived with basics and snacks. The rooms were bright and comfortable. The staff was warm, friendly and attentive. I strongly recommend this property for a large group. It is so much better than having people in separate hotel rooms.

Great location and amenities

We were in Greenville for a wedding which had family members coming from several different states. Our stay at the Swamp Rabbit Inn was exceptional: great location in the heart of downtown and close to the Swamp Rabbit Trail, and the amenities in the house were more than we could ask for. We will definitely return in the future.

Swamp Rabbit Inn was perfect for our family's stay for my nieces wedding. The kitchen was fully stocked with lots of options for breakfast! Keurig coffee makers in every room. Perfect location downtown with ample parking. Thank you Wendy!

An amazing property, location, experience!

We have been renting houses for our extended family of 11 for the past 7 years at Christmas. This one was by far the best! The location and proximity to downtown was perfect. Wendy stocks the house better than any I’ve ever seen, including K cups, laundry supplies, some food and even a pancake griddle. The rooms are large and adequately stocked with towels and toiletries. Wendy is accessible the entire time and could not have been easier to work with. I’m a little sad that my family likes to rotate cities every year because I will forever compare properties to this one (yet I don’t think any will beat this one)! Thank you for a wonderful week that I will remember forever!

Perfect house for a large group!!

I rented this house for my family to stay in during my daughter’s wedding at the Old Cigar Warehouse (about a block away). The location was perfect - we all walked to/from the wedding. The house could not have been better! It was so relaxing having the big kitchen, den and plenty of bathrooms! And, the front porch and back patios were wonderful places to hang out and enjoy a beautiful fall weekend. Plus, having the bedroom/bathroom downstairs that was handicapped assessable along with easy in/out via the back porch was perfect for my mom, who does not get around as well as she used to. The kitchen was stocked with snacks and breakfast food, which was a nice bonus to our stay. My dad absolutely loved a danish ring that was from a bakery in Wisconsin!! Anyway, this was a perfect house for our stay and I am already working on a girls trip back next year.

Great place to stay!

All positive things to say about this rental. The house is adorable and the location is amazing. You can walk to Main Street where there are restaurants and shops. A group of us rented out the whole house to run a race. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen is huge. They had some snacks for us, coffee pots and now bathrooms in each room. They thought of everything. I would recommend this place to anyone and will absolutely rent this place again next time I’m in Greenville! We loved every minute of it!!

Great downtown location

My family recently rented the whole house to attend my sons wedding. There were twelve adults and two children under the age of four. The 6 bedrooms accommodated everyone and the kitchen, dining, living space is large enough for all of us to be in the space together. There are great outdoor spaces too. We loved the location so close to Falls Park and we were 1 1/2 blocks from the Old Cigar Warehouse where my son got married. Just an all around wonderful experience.

We had a great weekend here for a family wedding. The house accommodated 14 adults well with no crowding. More so, the house is presented by a host who is clearly generous of heart and who has successfully created a very enjoyable atmosphere.

Perfect location for our family reunion

Sixteen family members bunked down at the SRI for a family reunion last week, and everyone loved it. The way the house is laid out, including the large and well equipped kitchen and open floor plan to the living room, was a good match for us. Excellent location where we could walk to downtown river or head over to the SR Trail for biking, hiking or running. Lots of off street parking. A few things came up during the week, and owner was very responsive. My only complaint would be the web cam that is inside the house looking over the living room and kitchen. That seems to go a little too far.

Great bachelorette weekend!

We had such a great time at the Swamp Rabbit Inn! We had 11 girls stay in the house, and it was plenty big and roomy. We stayed in the first night and had dinner on the awesome back porch, and then explored Greenville the next day and night. It was a short walk to downtown and a $5 Uber ride when we didn't want to walk. Perfect weekend!

Clean property with a great location

We rented the entire house out for 3 nights for our wedding party to stay. We arrived early and were allowed an early check-in. The house was awesome; there was lots of space, it was clean, and very accommodating. We will definitely be using The Swamp Rabbit Inn again!

Awesome Accommodation

My family spent the 2016 Thanksgiving Holiday at the Swamp Rabbit Inn. We enjoyed the colorful fun decor. The kitchen was graciously stocked with everything one would need and even more! We found the refrigerator and freezer full of breakfast items and every condiment you could need. The coffee bars in the kitchen and individual rooms were an extra added bonus which included all the K-Cup coffee flavors on would want. One of the best things about the Inn is the close proximity to downtown Greenville; a short walk to restaurants and shoppes. Plenty of on site parking. Thank you Swamp Rabbit for making our family "hoppy" during out stay!

College Reunion

A couple of weeks ago, I had the pleasure of staying at the Swamp Rabbit Inn in downtown Greenville with 5 of my college girlfriends. I had been to an event at the Inn and had every confidence that this was the place to host my group. It was Perfect! With Wendy's help, guidance and flexibility, we rented the entire Inn for our long weekend. She really came through for us! The bedrooms were very comfortable with fun, vibrant decor and every amenity we needed. The house and kitchen were clean, inviting and ready for entertainment and dining. Everything for a wonderful breakfast was right at our fingertips. With a fully stocked fridge and plenty of coffee, our mornings were extra special. We felt very secure when leaving to explore Greenville, knowing that we could access the Inn whenever needed and still feel safe. We found all the shopping and dining very convenient to the Inn and Greenville's popular downtown scene really impressed my friends. The "Indie Craft Parade" was definitely a highlight for our group and I highly recommend the VIP night! Wendy's service and care was exemplary and she helped make our weekend more than memorable. Outstanding! The inn was extremely clean and well maintained. The management was friendly and responsive. Rented all six rooms for our family get together. Freezer stocked with breakfast food as well as bagels, cereal and complementary pastry. "Coffee in every pot and a pot in every room!" A pleasant five minute walk from lovely downtown Greenville. Truly one of America's best kept secrets. Absolutely lovely scenic walk paths adorned with waterfalls and quaint restaurants. Thought the kids might get bored but there was plenty of room inside to play, parking lot games for outside and they enjoyed searching for the nine bronze rabbits hidden downtown in addition to hunting Pokémon. Couldn't have dreamed of a better place to stay. Thanks Swamp Rabbit.

The most adorable and comforting inn I have ever stayed at!

This is was the most adorably designed place I have ever stayed inn. It is so warm and comforting and everything is brand new! The rooms all had pin codes, as well as the main doors to access it. The furniture, rooms and bathroom had everything you could need. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Greenville, SC especially the bikers out there!! Great place to rent out for families or large groups looking for a weekend or week away!

Rent the whole house for family gatherings, weddings, girl's weekends, retreats or just a room and mingle with the other guests. The entire inn is decorated with IKEA and has a fun, funky feel.
