Comfortable chalet for 8-10 people with a 4-seater sauna

Our chalet, very well equipped (classified 3 stars), furnished and decorated in a personalized way, has a lot of comfort: 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 3 WCs for 4 bedrooms (3 double beds in 160, 2 beds in 90 + an extra bed + a cot); large sauna for 4 people (free); Internet access. You will enjoy taking meals on its large wooden balcony-terrace while enjoying its view of the small Vosges village of Liézey and its forests. You come to rest, tranquility is assured! This does not prevent, moreover, playing table football (in a room on the ground floor) or going for a walk, summer and winter (provision of a sledge and snowshoes for adults and children) . The activities in the surroundings suit all tastes: climbing and fishing nearby; tree climbing course at 5km; many possibilities in Gérardmer (swimming pool, tennis, cinemas, casino; bowling, ski slopes at 5 km); many craftsmen in the surroundings; Berchigranges garden (classified among the most beautiful in France); Tendon waterfalls. The more athletic can go on a guided hike or go mountain biking and thrill seekers will have the choice of doing a paragliding baptism or discovering the snowkite or the traction kite!
If you want to go further, you will find the Fraispertuis amusement park (30 km), Alsace and the vineyards of the Colmar region (45km); day spa and thalassotherapy treatments at the Kalodaé center in Plombières-les-Bains (40 km).

Comfy getaway on a hill next to the forest

We had a lovely stay at the cozy cabin in Liezey. The cabin is spacious and complete with all its kitchen appliances and 3 bathrooms. The location is perfect for nature lovers like us that enjoy a green and quiet surrounding. We woke up to birds singing next to the window and hiking trails start right behind the cabin. We can recommend this stay!

Nice and cozy hut

Perfect little hut with a great atmosphere because of the wooden elements. We were 6 adults and had plenty of room. Each couple had their own bedroom and their own bathroom. Location is nice and calm as it is on the hill surrounded by mainly nature! Unfortunately we were unlucky with the weather but that has nothing to do with the house.

Le chalet est bien situé avec une vue très agréable sur le village et son environnement. Pas de souci particulier à l'exception de la quatrième chambre, agencée en sous-sol près d'une chaudière en fonctionnement; L'aménagement de la pièce baby-sauna est à revoir tout comme une partie de la décoration.

Séjour magnifique

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux en famille avec les enfants et les papis , Mami . Chalet très jolie, une exposition merveilleuse avec une vue splendide. Nous avons était très bien reçu avec une petite attention très appréciable. Proche de tout nous avons pu visiter tout les alentours et énormément d'activités pour les enfants. La région est top nous sommes prêt à recommencer. Un grand merci aux propriétaires.

Heerlijk weekje (fiets)vakantie

We hebben en fantastische week gehad in de Vogezen. Het huis was ruim en schoon/netjes. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen. Een goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Zowel de dames op de electrische fiets en de mannen op de racefiets hebben mooie tochten gemaakt. Zeker een aanrader!

Chalet avec plus de points négatifs que positifs

Points négatifs: Trouver une heure d’arrivée était difficile. On a du prendre du congé pour être à temps au chalet. Malheureusement une chambre se trouve au sous-sol où il y a beaucoup d‘humidité. On sent cela très fort. La cuisine est très équipée mais en un état délabré. Une douche avait apparemment des problèmes, du coup on n‘a utilisé qu‘une des trois salles de bains (la 3e se trouve au sous-sol humide) Babyfoot tellement cassé, qu‘on n‘osait pas jouer avec. Comme la balcon et le mobilier de jardin ont été peints récemment, l‘odeur de la couleur était insupportable. On ne pouvait pas profiter de la terrasse et de la belle vue. A la fin du séjour, il faut payer sa consommation d‘électricité (4jours avec du beau soleil, et presque pas dans le chalet +-3€). Points extra : L’auberge est à deux minutes à pieds pour emporter ou manger sur place. La localisation est très calme avec un petit jardin pour les chiens Un emplacement pour les voitures est sous abri. Le salon et la cuisine permettent une rencontre conviviale.

Concernant l'heure d'arrivée, la personne chargée de l'accueil a eu la gentillesse de vous accueillir à 22h, ce qui montre une extrême disponibilité. Il n'y a pas de chambre au sous-sol: en raison de la pente, elle se situe au rez-de-jardin et dispose d'une fenêtre permettant une aération normale. Nous ne comprenons pas le problème de "délabrement" de la cuisine (cf. les photos prises récemment). Les 3 salles de bains sont toutes en bon état d'utilisation. Il n'y a qu'un petit problème d'humidité (parquet légèrement gonflé sur un demi-mètre carré) dans la salle de bains du haut, dû à une fenêtre laissée ouverte lors d'un orage. Concernant l'odeur sur le balcon: nous entretenons régulièrement notre chalet et nous avons passé un produit naturel à base d'huile de lin 3 semaines auparavant. Nous avons eu des locataires les deux week-ends précédents, qui n'ont fait aucune remarque et ont mangé sur le balcon pour profiter de la vue. Pour l'électricité, il est prévu de payer en fonction de la consommation réelle. En effet, nous fonctionnions différemment auparavant, mais il nous est arrivé une fois de retrouver le sauna allumé (combien de temps?) et de recevoir une facture extrêmement élevée. Nous sommes désolés de recevoir une telle appréciation, car nous faisons le maximum pour que tout soit agréable, et la grande majorité des locataires aiment beaucoup l'endroit.

Chalet Liezey

Chalet magnifiquement situé, à côté d'une auberge offrant une bonne nourriture. Belle région de randonnée. Le chalet ne convient pas pour 8 adultes, sauf si leur taille ne dépasse pas 1,60 mètre. La seule remarque est que les couverts doivent absolument être remplacés, ils se déforment à l'usage. Et il pourrait y avoir plus de casseroles dans la cuisine. Sinon, c'est un bon chalet et la prise en main et les informations étaient très agréables.

Chalet mit Panoramablick

Gemütliches Chalet mit großem Balkon und wunderschönem Blick in einem kleinen, idyllischen Dorf. Schade ist nur, daß man erst kurz vor der Anreise erfährt, daß Heizkosten von mind. 30,-/Tag und Strom extra zu zahlen sind. Es wäre besser, dies bei der Buchung zu sehen. Außerdem sind nur Bettdecken in Übergröße vorhanden (etwa 240x200cm). Da dies in Deutschland eine Sondergröße ist, passt der mitgebrachte Bettbezug leider nicht - Bettwäsche ist vor Ort leider nicht vorhanden. Sehr angenehmer check in und check out.

Schöne Auszeit mit Aussicht

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Aussicht ist wirklich toll und durch die große Terrasse konnten wir die Morgensonne genießen. Abends haben wir den Kamin genossen. Im Keller riecht es etwas nach Öl, aber da wir nicht da unten waren, hat uns das nicht wirklich gestört. In der Küche sind die wichtigsten Dinge vorhanden. Man muss allerdings sein eigenes Bettzeug mitbringen. Check-in und check-out haben gut funktioniert. Wir würden wieder kommen! :-) Danke für das schöne Wochenende

Nice house with a great view

We had a great and sunny October week in Liezey. A quiet location, on the edge of forests and woods. Other great walking routes like the waterfall of Tendon and up and around Le Honeck nearby. After walking you may enjoy the sauna or just relax by the fireplace. We enjoyed our stay very much.
