Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed Mountain Lair and found the property to be exactly as described. We are very sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly the dog hair downstairs, on the stairs, and the condition of the downstairs bathroom sink. This is certainly not the level of cleanliness we expect for our guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it gives us the opportunity to address these concerns with our housekeeping team. We hope you’ll consider staying with us again so we can provide you with the clean and comfortable experience you deserve. Take care, Sherrie

We are so glad we were able to host you at Mountain Lair, this cabin is so special and has such great views from virtually anywhere! Unfortunately the river deck was washed away from hurricane Helene, thank you for reminding us and we have removed that from our pictures and description (it was a fantastic amenity and we hope to have a new one built back soon). We are very happy you enjoyed your stay here and we would love to have the opportunity to host you again soon!
