This stunning and highly upgraded pool home is perfect for three families. It has three master suites, all with California King beds and private bathrooms. Two rooms with full-over-full bunk beds share a hallway bath. The bathrooms are upgraded with tile, granite, and quartz inlays in showers.

Laminate wood flooring and travertine tile flooring throughout. Master Bedroom #3 has upgraded carpet. Upgraded Kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances: refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Half Bath is located off the kitchen/dining room area and has a full-size washer and dryer.

The main living room has a 55"+ TV, and all bedrooms have 47" LCD TVs. The house has 200 mg high-speed wireless internet. The garage has a game room with full-size billiards and a ping-pong table. Strollers, high chairs, pack-n-play, and booster seats are available for your infants and toddlers. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality.

The rear yard has a beautiful pool, in-ground Jacuzzi, outdoor natural gas BBQ grill, patio set, and additional chairs.

It is a 20-minute walk to the Disney tram by the Pixar Pals Parking Structure. The home has central air and heat. You can watch Disney fireworks from the back and front yards.

This house SLEEPS 13 in beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 13 AT ANYTIME (Includes overnight guests and visitors combined).
Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles.

No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code
NO Smoking Inside the Home or In the Front Yard. Smoking Permitted in Rear Yard w/Conditions
No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. If the home has a game room, these quiet hours also apply.

Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee. The pool is heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102.

All major credit cards are accepted.
A refundable $500 security deposit is due at the time of booking.
A signed contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking.

Extra screening and proof of payment are required for bookings made within 2 weeks of arrival. The cardholder's name and address must match the booking's details. If there is a mismatch, last-minute bookings will be rejected. To complete the process, please ensure the following: - Successful completion of ID screening through GuestRanger, A screenshot showing our charge as "pending" in your online account (you may redact all other details), and a copy of the credit card used for payment, with all card numbers concealed except for the last four digits.
