The villa offers 220 sqm and is built on a gated and private land plot of 2,500 sqm.

A fabulous house and garden

Très proche de la ville d' Aix en Provence, et aussi de nombreux commerces et restaurants, cette maison est parfaite pour passer un très agréable séjour en famille. Maison très bien réfléchie et conçue, et donc très pratique, idéale pour un séjour familial avec enfants grands ou petits. Grande piscine protégée et qui permet par sa taille la natation. De plus la maison est très fraiche par grande chaleur, ce qui augmente le confort, vraiment un excellent séjour et un très bon souvenir.

Très belle résidence offrant tout le confort dans un cadre magnifique et tranquille.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié cette résidence dans un quartier tranquille, à quelques minutes d'Aix-en-Provence. Le confort est optimum grâce à de très belles prestations (piscine, jeu de pétanque, mobilier et grand jardin). Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci du charmant accueil des propriétaires.

Magnifique séjour !!

Le Mas du Gabian est un véritable havre de Paix ! Tout y est formidablement bien pensé … piscine, jardin, terrasse et intérieur sont magnifiques ! D’autre part , l’accueil de nos hôtes a été parfait. Une troisième semaine n’aurait pas été de trop !! Nous espérons y revenir le plus vite possible !

Très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette charmante villa. Nous avons apprécié son calme mais surtout son magnifique jardin et sa grande piscine. Les chambres et le séjour sont confortables et décorés avec goût. La cuisine est bien équipée. Nous remercions Mr Paul et son épouse pour leur gentillesse et leur dévouement. En bref, nous recommandons vivement cette location.
