Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien Ă©quipĂ©e !Une cadre idyllique pour les vacances .La mer Ă  pied avec sa plage sauvage (la fin des huttes).Bonne literie ! Cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e.La possibilitĂ© de manger dedans, dehors ou Ă  l’abris.On se sent bien dans le jardin agrĂ©able, idĂ©ale pour passer de bonnes vacances .Nous recommandons vivement cette maison.Les propriĂ©taires sont trĂšs rĂ©actifs et sympathiques.

TrĂšs beau jardin Maison trĂšs bien entretenue, trĂšs bonne literie. ProcĂ©dure d’entrĂ©e et de sortie, simple et rapide. Plage Ă  cĂŽtĂ© non adaptĂ©e pour des enfants car trop d’algues. Beau point de dĂ©part pour visiter l’üle.

Super semaine

Nous avons passĂ© une excellente semaine dans cette jolie maison si bien dĂ©corĂ©e et trĂšs fonctionnelle. Le jardin est grand, on peut manger dehors, Ă  l’abri ou dans la vĂ©randa. Chacun avait son espace dans la maison. Pas de bruit de voiture car la maison est en recul par rapport Ă  la route. La plage est au bout de la rue. Merci Ă  Sylvie pour son accueil et sa gentillesse ainsi qu’à Madame GruĂ©s pour tous nos Ă©changes. TrĂšs belle prestation

Urlaub auf der Ile D‘Oleron

Wir haben mit 4 Personen (2 Paaren) eine Woche Urlaub im Haus der Familie Grues gemacht. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist in Wirklichkeit noch schöner, als auf den Bildern und sehr sauber. Es hat allen Komfort und gerade draußen mehrere Sitzgelegenheiten, die wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Ein Problem war der Warmwasserbereiter, der die ganze Zeit durchlief und ein permanentes Rauschen verursacht hat. Da man dieses besonders Nachts in dem naheliegenden Schlafzimmer gehört hat, sind wir auf die anderen Schlafzimmer ausgewichen, Das Haus liegt sehr nah am Strand und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen

Ruhig und strandnah

Das Haus und der Garten sind in einem Top-Zustand, außen und innen ist alles neu und sauber. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und bietet zu jeder Tageszeit ausreichend Schatten. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, der Garten ist nicht einsehbar durch die Nachbarn. Der tolle breite Strand von Chaucre ist zu Fuß in ca. 6 Minuten erreichbar. Zwei BĂ€cker sind in der NĂ€he, entweder zu Fuß erreichbar oder mit dem Fahrrad in 2 Minuten.

Tolles Haus, alles bestens in Schuss und sauber, wunderschöne Außenanlage. Sehr gut gelegen, zum Meer fußlĂ€ufig 5 Minuten. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit dort verbracht. Unsere 16-jĂ€hrige Tochter hat das Zimmer mit eigener Dusche genossen.

Modernes, helles Haus in unmittelbarer NÀhe zu schönem Strand

Das Haus ist sehr schön hell, weil der Essbereich neben der KĂŒche nur aus verglasten SchiebetĂŒren besteht, die man an verschiedenen Stellen öffnen kann. DarĂŒber hinaus ist das Haus modern, sehr sauber und freundlich und sehr zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Die EigentĂŒmer waren ausgesprochen freundlich und Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit. Die NĂ€he zum Strand in Chaucre ist wunderbar. Der nĂ€chste BĂ€cker ist mit dem Fahrrad in ca. 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Einen sehr schönen tĂ€glichen Markt gibt es im Nachbarort Domino (ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad). Den nĂ€chsten Einkaufsladen findet man in dem anderen Nachbarort Cheray (Carrefour Contact). Insgesamt ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus, das ich gerne weiterempfehle.

Komfortables Ferienhaus

Wir haben zwei sehr erholsame und entspannte Wochen im modernen und freundlichen Ferienhaus der Familie GruĂ©s verbracht. Seine Einrichtung ist sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll ebenso wie der Garten mit seiner ĂŒberdachten SommerkĂŒche. Es liegt sehr ruhig an einer kleinen Straße. Bei Flut hört man das Meeresrauschen im Hintergrund. Der Strand ist dementsprechend fußlĂ€ufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden herzlich von der Verwalterin empfangen und sehr gut von ihr betreut.

Accueil chaleureux et attentionnĂ© des propriĂ©taires. Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able, lumineuse, oĂč l'on se sent trĂšs bien. L'avantage de cette maison est qu'elle est retirĂ©e de la route, donc au calme et sans vis Ă  vis, permettant un repos apprĂ©ciable. Les enfants ont pu profiter du jardin clos et ombragĂ©. Plage trĂšs proche Ă  pied. Partie de l'Ăźle tranquille et familliale. A recommander sans hĂ©sitation.

Ah, les belles vacances

Villa trĂšs agrĂ©able, et fonctionnelle. Situation calme, jardin ombragĂ©. Que du bon! La cerise sur le gĂąteau est la terrasse couverte oĂč il y fait bon prendre ses repas. Accueil chaleureux. Belles cĂŽtes sauvages.La mer toute proche. De belles plages surveillĂ©es pour les petits. Petit marchĂ© sympa Ă  Cheray.

Super séjour à Chaucre !

L'accueil est incontestablement chaleureux. La maison est lumineuse et trÚs spacieuse. Les deux terrasses et la pinÚde invitent à la détente. La région est magnifique et les cÎtes superbes. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique. A recommander les yeux fermés !
