About this property

3 star house from 2012 near the beach, walking access to the sea.

On the wild coast in the northwest of the island, the house 'Villa des Sables' offers dunes and beaches at 150 meters, as well as shops on the tourist route at 300 meters. Access to the sea is via a small footpath. You will discover a wild dune before arriving on the fine sand of the beach where you can taste swimming. The neat interior decoration and its terrace will allow you to spend pleasant moments.
If you like cycling, you can reach the cycle path 100 meters away, so you can discover all the sites of our island at your own pace (forests, beaches, vineyards, fishing ports ...).


The villa of 'Sables' (new) for 4 people includes 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 separate beds), 1 bathroom with separate toilet, a real fully equipped and integrated kitchen as well than a living-dining room overlooking the terrace, its garden furniture and its enclosed garden.

A garage and private parking complete the functional aspect of this house near the beach.

For information: Rental in July and August is from Saturday to Saturday. The stay must be 15 days during these 2 months except the first and last week or on request for 7 nights.

Das Haus hat uns gut gefallen, die Lage ist ruhig und gut gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es leider wenige in der Nähe. die Küchenausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und macht ein Kochen für vier Personen relativ schwer. Leider gibt es auf der Terrasse nur einen Picknick-Tisch mit fest montierten Holzbänken, auf denen man relativ unbequem sitzt.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Es hat uns gut dort gefallen.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Alles super sauber und die Betten sind bequem. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Madame Annick Jaunier. Vermisst haben wir einen Wasserkocher und eine Teekanne, außerdem ist die Picknickbank auf der Terrasse ( gerade für ältere Menschen) nicht bequem. Ein Gartentisch mit Stühlen wäre schön.Ein schöner Aufenthalt und die Flasche Wein zum Abschluß eine wirklich sehr nette Geste !

Das Haus war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Raumaufteilung ist gelungen. Es gibt genug Ablagemöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung mit Elektrogeräten ist gut. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett. Die Lage ist gut, da der unbewachte Strand sehr schnell fußläufig zu erreichen ist, ein bewachter Strand ist allerdings etwas weiter weg.aber ebenfalls noch fußläufig erreichbar.

Ganz tolles Haus . Vom ersten Tag an haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt .Das Haus war sehr sauber und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Aussenbereich war sehr schön zum morgens frühstücken und abends noch gemütlich den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage ist sehr gut um alle Ziele auf der Insel gut und schnell zu erreichen - auch mit dem Fahrrad. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbeteit. Hat alles bestens gepasst!

Das Haus ist exakt wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hat an alles gedacht. Kommunikation verlief sehr höflich und freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Wir waren jeden Tag mit dem Auto unterwegs, da am nahegelegenen Strand sehr viele Algen sind, so dass wir dort nicht schwimmen wollten. Es gab aber durchaus Personen die dort geschwommen sind. Gerne jederzeit wieder, wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Maison très propre, pratique et bien située

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine au mois d'Août en famille. La maison d'Annick est bien située dans un quartier calme et facilement accessible à vélo ou en voiture. La plage est accessible en quelques minutes à pied ainsi que quelques commerces de dépannage. La location est très bien équipée nous n'avons manqué de rien si ce n'est peut etre d'un ventilateur car il a pu faire chaud quelques nuits. Nous recommandons ce logement.

A stylishly neat house which is very well equipped and comfortable. The secure garage was great for storing the bikes overnight and the house is situated well for exploring the whole island. The stunning beach is a 10-minute walk away and faces due west, so great for watching the sunset. The owner was helpful with queries in advance and very welcoming on arrival.

Zwei Wochen tolle Erholung

Wir haben als Familie mit zwei Kindern (9/12) zwei wirklich tolle Wochen hier verbracht. Alles war wie angegeben & es war da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist tatsächlich sehr ruhig, Terrasse/Garten auch recht für sich. Eine gute Ausgangslage für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Ein kleinerer Laden in Fußweite, größerer mit dem Wagen, Essen gehen, Eis oder Fisch frisch vom Hafen z.B. in La Cotinière, eine Viertelstunde mit dem Rad (Räder haben wir auch dort gemietet). Der Strand nahe des Hauses ist eher nicht zum Baden geeignet, wir haben da eher am Abend noch einmal etwas Zeit zum Ansehen des Sonnenuntergangs über dem Meer verbracht. Aber z.B. in 10min mit dem Rad erreichbar der Sables Vignier Plage (kaum Algen, wenig Steine, auch bei Ebbe Baden mit Kindern gut möglich, überwacht, WC) bzw. oft sind wir auch auf die andere Seite der Insel geradelt (z.b. Plage de la Gautrelle). Kurzum- eine sehr sehr schöne Zeit auf der Île d'Oléron - wir sagen ganz herzlichen Dank!

Traumurlaub

Wir haben das Haus so sauber vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Es ist sehr schön und praktisch ausgestattet und liegt wunderbar ruhig. Sehr erfreulich: Schöne Gartenmöbel statt dem üblichen Plastik. Wir hätten ohne weiteres auch mehr Zeit dort verbringen können, waren aber wegen des super Wetters viel an verschiedenen Stränden. Es gab zwei Sonnenschirme und Sandspielzeug für die Kinder. Nachts kann man Fensterläden schließen, so dass es auch richtig dunkel wird. Wir haben uns selten so gut erholt wie dort und kommen gerne wieder. Einzige Einschränkung: Um mit dem Rad an andere Strände zu kommen muss man nach Norden wie Süden erst einmal mehrere Kilometer einen sehr viel befahrenen Radweg an der Strasse entlang fahren. Für Erwachsene und größere Kinder kein Problem, für kleinere auf dem eigenen Rad jedenfalls in der Hauptsaison nicht zu empfehlen (Anhänger oder suiveur mieten oder das Auto nehmen). Mme Jaunier ist freundlich und hilfsbereit und schien uns jederzeit ansprechbar.
