Great property for our family of 12! The house was thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed to enjoy our nieces wedding weekend in Belmar. The host was very responsive with our inquiries and the close proximity to the beach and ocean views were additional benefits to renting this property.

This was my family’s second gathering at this property. We all had a great time. It’s close to the beach and a short walk to mini golf. There are big spaces for us to gather and plenty of bedrooms for privacy.

Great house for larger group. Well stocked and clean. WONDERFUL porch (we miss the porch already) with nice ocean breezes and a 4 minute walk to the terrific beaches of Avon-by-the -Sea. Nice yard for our small outdoor celebration that we had. I’d go back!

A perfect beach house for large groups we slept 7 adults and 5 children comfortably. Easily the most well supplied house we have rented it had everything you could think of. Central air would be nice but the window units and fans worked well. Short walk to beach and yummy food all around.
