Perfect Hamptons location!
Near bay and ocean beaches, amazing fresh seafood, farmers markets, horseback riding, water sports, fishing, parks. You will have quick and easy access to all points of interest in both Hampton Bays and the Hamptons in general!

It's a Ranch style fully furnished cottage with 2 bedrooms + a 3rd small bedroom/office (with twin bed). House has 2 baths (1 full, 1/2 bath with a washer/dryer AND an outdoor shower).
Includes 6 beds (beddings are included), sleeps 7 people as follows:

*Bedroom 1: 1 California King bed with a full bath, walk-in closet and direct access to patio.
*Bedroom 2: 2 bunk beds (3 twins, 1 full on bottom = 4 beds). TOP BUNK BED WEIGHT LIMIT IS 150 lbs!!! Half bath is attached with a Washer/Dryer.
*Bedroom 3/Office: 1 single twin bed.

Kitchen is stocked with cooking- and dining ware.
Flat Screen TV, basic cable & Wifi, DVD player.
Patio has outdoor furniture and a charcoal grill.
Nice big and level yard to play games and run around.

-Walk 100 feet to Shinnecock Canal is great for fishing (bass, flounder, crabs etc. Bring fishing rods and catch your own dinner!).
-Closest Beaches: FREE beaches are on East Landing Rd and a tiny semi-private beach at the end of Sunset Ave, next to the end of Shinnecock canal.
-Across from the canal is Meschutt beach, short 2 minute drive. About $20 for parking. It's a great a family beach, Meschutt beach has a full restaurant (cocktails too!), kayak, paddle board rental, gift shop and live music.
- Ponquogue beach, 7 minutes drive. Beautiful huge white sandy beach with a cafe and beach chair rental! About $20 for parking.
- 20 minute drive to Shinnecock Bay beach
- 2 min short drive to the train station
- short 2 minute drive to downtown (King's grocery store, Macy's, local shops etc)
- 8-15 minute drive to Southampton, Quogue, and Westhampton Beaches
-20-30 minute drive to Bridgehampton, Sag Harbor and East Hampton (40)
-20-30 minute drive to the North Fork Wineries, Tanger Outlet Center, East Hampton and the Riverhead Aquarium!

Utilities are included (electric, gas, cable, water, garbage removal, landscaping) for short-term rentals, however, a $150 housekeeping fee will be applied to all.
$250 Security Deposit Required. Full payment due before check in. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is at 10am.
Ps! October-May are 1 month rental minimum for $3000/month, all utilities included. June-September $7000/month.

The cottage is small yet we had privacy and room to move with 5 adults. Nicely decorated and has everything you need. We liked the location near Meschutt beach and the canal. Excellent

Perfect place for a family to visit the Hamptons!

We had a great time in this cute rental house which was perfectly located to visit the best places in the Hamptons. Our two children enjoyed their bedroom with bunk beds and toys, they also played soccer in the garden. The decoration is very nice and makes you feel comfortable and at home. It is very well equipped with everything needed to cook. The beaches around were beautiful, we went to Ponquogue and Tiana that are clean and quiet. The shops are 5 minutes by car... in summary we would be glad to come again!

Not in hot water

House is nice, but has ants. Also had no hot water the first day. Was fixed that day, but had to take cold showers to get ready for a wedding.

Hi Richard! We’re very sorry for the cold water. We had no idea that it stopped working. Previous guests had hot water. We did get the hot water fixed within 2 hours of you letting us know of the issue. But again, we’re sorry about this one time fluke issue. Regarding the carpenter ants, we have had exterminators there 4 times already and the ants are still somehow finding their way in occasionally. We will continue to battle them and hopefully they’ll disappear soon enough.

A little dissapointed

Overall ok. Excellent location. We were 4 adults who enjoy cooking. Kitchen was small and missing some basic equipment. Unfortunately we found dead bugs in pots and there were some bugs and ants inthe cottage. We requested a swcond kitchen garbage bag in order to take trash oit and were told that theyonly supply 1-2 bags. The test we would have to purchase. We were not aware of this. There wasnt sufficient toilet paper napkins or paper towels for our 3 night 4 day stay.

Hi Maria! It is true - we supply starter things for our guests. If guests need more supplies, the grocery store is a 1 minute drive. Unfortunately we had to start implementing this practice because some guests took advantage of our supply and took a whole pack home, like they might have been used to doing when staying at a big hotel. We provide 2 garbage bags, 2 toilet rolls and 1 paper towel roll for all of our guests. Regarding the dead bugs, we’ve had an exterminator coming to the house this summer to kill the ants, so I suspect the bug poison also caused some other bugs to die. I apologize that they decided to die in pots. We can’t control that part. Sincerely, Kadri

Holiday stay near the canal

Our family of 4 stayed at this beautiful cottage while visiting family for the holidays. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My husband and I have orthopedic issues so a comfortable bed is very important for us. I enjoyed the walks to the nearby canal. While it was winter, we would like to stay during the summer to enjoy their outside shower after a day at the beech and a bbq in their backyard. They are located only two minutes away from Meschutt beach. We’ve Enjoying this beech for years with our kids and is great for the little ones. It has a nice family atmosphere and on the weekends has great family friendly bands that gives it a tropical vibe while eating lobsters and clams from their “snack shack”.

Perfect location

Perfect location to access to everything the island has to offer and about an hour 1/2 from NYC. Nice quiet area within walking distance to the canal. Several beaches nearby also. Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this place.

We had a great week at this property. The house was well appointed and had everything you need. The house is clean and the property owner was responsive to questions we had such as garbage pick up and check out. We were near the Shinnecock Canal, and 2 of our favorite restaurantss, Cow Fish and Canal Cafe.

Lovely mini summer break and great location!

We enjoyed our stay at Kadri’s cozy little home at the Bays. You can’t beat the location - 2 mins drive from Meschutt beach where we spent most of our time Kadri offered detailed suggestions and recommendations which helped us get acclimated. While the house was a tad small for 8, we soon adjusted as there is a patio and we did spend most of the time out of the house on the beach. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay here very much! Location was great and house was nice and private. Only criticism is BBQ was left dirty by previous tenants and cable package should be updated. Otherwise it was a great week!

Perfect little spot for a getaway

The house is darling and just what our family of four needed. We loved leaving the front and back doors open so the cross breeze cooled the house (but AC was there when we needed it). The yard was a hit with our city kids, especially the hammock swing. We brought our bikes and enjoyed going right out the back to the fishing marina parking area for our little ones to practice safety, while watching boats go by. Otherwise, not much walking distance but tons of options within a short drive, including great local restaurants in Hampton Bays and further j to the Hamptons (higher end). All around, a great value and great spot.

Great little house

The house was perfect for our family of 4's first trip to the Hamptons. The location is an easy very short drive to either Bay beaches or ocean beaches. Adults could walk, but it would involve walking on busy Montauk Hwy. We were out and about the whole time, but if you are two families or two couples, the house would probably be too small for you. Super comfy beds!!

Great little house in Hampton Bays

We had a nice stay at this property. It was easy with 2 little kids and 2 adults. There were toys for the kids (inside and outside) and it was equipped with everything we needed to eat in when we wanted to. The backyard was nice and this house met our needs.

Ideal location at affordable price in Hamptons

Overall experience was good. The host Kadri is awesome and friendly. She happily allowed us an early checkin and late checkout. Offered a lot of tips on where to eat, beaches etc etc and is very responsive. The house is cute and has a nice flow. The master room is reasonably sized. While there is an outdoor shower the house really needs a 2nd indoor shower. It was hard for the 4 of us to manage with one indoor shower. There are some minor fixes and a bit more detailed cleaning that can really enhance this place even more. But for the price I would say it’s a great steal. Everything else in the Hamptons that can accommodate 2 couples would be double the price. Location is pretty good. Very close to train station. About 25 min drive to the north folk wineries. About 20 minutes drive from Southampton’s. 15 min walk to Meschutt beach which is lovely.

The residence was located in a great location just a short drive to the beach and shopping... The residence was clean and the yard was well maintained.. We gave the residence 4 stars because the living room couch was uncomfortable and appeared to be dated.. The beds were not very comfortable, but were tolerable.. Owners were prompt on replying to questions via email. I would book again in the future.

Great location for exploring long island

Had a great stay in this lovely well equipped property. Great location for exploring the surrounding towns and close to the beaches. Communication with the host was good and easy and we found the property just as described. Nice outdoor space with barbecue, table and chairs. Nearest supermarket is King Kullen 5 min drive from the property and I would recommend the pizza from Uncle Joes Pizza next to it. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property to anyone looking for an affordable house in this area.

Convenient Cottage

Clean, comfortable,welcoming cottage convenient to everything. We took our bicycles everywhere. Walk to restaurants and marina. So much fun. Kids played soccer in this nice size yard. Walk to fishing. Beachy decor is so cute. Bathrooms are new and well maintained.
