About this property

Our cottage sits in Mountain Beach association, a gated community on the shores of Lake Michigan. Enjoy a shared private beach only 60 yards from the cottage. Two bedrooms offer two twin beds in front bedroom, a twin bed with a pull-out trundle in the second bedroom and a pull-out queen sofa in the living room. One full bathroom with washer/dryer. The cottage has Cable/WiFi, AC, a charcoal grill, and fully stocked kitchen. There is outdoor seating in back and the front, which is overlooking the water. Bedding, bathroom towels, along with beach towels are provided. Several beach toys to choose from as well as beach chairs. There is also garage parking for one vehicle. The cottage is only 15 minutes from both Grand Haven and Holland. **Owner requires a $500 security deposit in the form of a personal check before stay.

Lovely beach vacation home

Great views from both deck and living room! Private, exclusive community. Easy walk to the beach. Clean and homey. Great communication with owner. Perfect for our needs.

Great property

Great location!! We loved being so close to the beach for daytime swimming and evening sunsets. Short 15 minutes drive to Holland and Grand Haven.

Great Summer Vacation Stay

Linda was amazing to work with. Could see quite a bit of Lake Michigan from the deck, waves crashing on the pier. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Enjoyed the week.

West Olive

Nice rental and great hostess. There were more steps at the house than anticipated. We explored many areas so spent less time at the beach. The sunset views were blocked by the waterfront house in front of the rental Burt we only had to walk across the street and 50 yards to the water. House was very well equipped, clean and attractive. Second bedroom trundle bed was not easily accessible but the hide a bed couch was comfortsble
