Easy breezy check in and hosts were pleasant and timely in communication. Great spot located in the gorgeous row houses halfway between downtown and HWS campus. Thanks for making our quick reunion weekend memorable, and we will absolutely be staying again when next in town!
The gardens apartment was the perfect place to stay for our wedding weekend. The apartment was super cute(and clean). The perfect size with plenty of space. As a bonus we were able to relax and enjoy the weather and the amazing outdoor space just steps from the door!
Park House Geneva is impeccable - in its location, cleanliness, and decor! The first-floor unit felt like a luxury experience, from the design and decorations, to the comfortable bed and beautiful bathroom. The property is in walking distance to the Hobart & William Smith campus, downtown restaurants and shops, and Seneca Lake - and a short ride to many wineries. I highly recommend this delightful property and the owners are wonderful too!
Great house and location! Very walkable neighborhood. Photos online are spot-on. Our host Anne was just a pleasure to work with and a font of knowledge about the local area.
Anne and Jerry run a great Vrbo location. It’s my 2nd time there and very pleased with the accommodations and service. Upstate New York in the summer is a little slice of paradise. Love it! Never knew this till my daughter attended an college internship here.
The town of Geneva is amazing and so adorable! It was only amplified by the fantastic location of our stay at this suite! The property owners were absolutely wonderful and answered all the questions we had, catered to any needs we had, and always made themselves available to us if we needed them. The suite itself was cozy and a perfect homey feel for the town. It was clean and very comfortable! I cannot wait to visit Geneva again and will 100% come back to this suite!!!
The location is great and so was the loft. The floors and doors are a bit loud but that comes with the age of the building. It is cute, homey, and comfortable. I'd go back and I would recommend it to others.
The apartment is beautifully decorated and in a great neighborhood. The bed is wonderful. We were easily able to walk to restaurants and down to the lake. If you are mobility challenged, note that you must climb a steep flight of stairs to get to it. Because the weather was so lovely, we wanted the windows open, so the traffic on the street below was annoying.
My husband and I have wanted to check out the Finger Lakes area, and we decided to make Geneva our home base. We stayed in the Park House 3rd floor suite for 4 nights while we explored the area. The apartment is in a really pretty part of the downtown area - parking was easy and the neighborhood felt safe and relatively quiet. We really enjoyed our stay - the apartment was spotless and beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Its in a good location - very easy walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and the lakefront trail. And it is in very easy driving distance to other great towns like Watkins Glen, Ithaca and Skaneateles (what a great, beautiful little town - don't miss it!) Staying at the Park House worked out perfectly for our trip - we very highly recommend it!
As my girlfriend noted many times, the apartment is cute and a great location to the lake, university and eating. The only thing we wished was better, was the size of the shower. Not sure how it could be larger but it would be nice if it was.
Located in a beautiful setting of stately period townhomes on a Demi-lune brick street with park view. Weather was terrific and could open windows and enjoy the breeze and sound of the fountain from the park. It is one of the smaller units but cozy and comfortable. Bathroom shower is small and there are 2 flights of steps to unit so might not suit anyone with mobility issues, but over all a pretty, well appointed suite in a central location. We took advantage of the back courtyard for an al fresco dinner one night and were able to find plenty of restaurants with outdoor dining for the balance of our stay. Owners are very responsive, too.
Great place to stay in Geneva NY! Conveniently located and well maintained. Lots of unexpected amenities and charm in the decor. I'd highly recommend to anyone.

great apartment right in Geneva
We got this at the last second and it's a great little apartment. They had everything we needed and the water filter in the fridge was nice because it saved me from buying bottles of water.
We were met by one of the owners before arriving and got a walk through.
All and all it was a great way to spend the nights when we were in Geneva.

Everything you could need and cute as well!
The suite was just what we needed! A bit of home away from home with all the amenities needed for our four night stay. The kitchen had all the dishes, glasses, etc you could need, the sitting area was excellent, the firm bed was good, with an a/c in the window. The bathroom was small, as older homes tend to have, but not a problem. It was fully appointed with towels and soaps, etc. Anne was an excellent host; answering questions, providing recommendations, and being flexible in our check-in and check-out times. It was great hanging out in the Polo suite and checking out the local sites for a couple days after doing the Musselman triathlon. We were within easy walking distance of the Main St area restaurants and shops. Monaco’s coffee shop was just around the corner. Thank you, Anne. We enjoyed our stay very much!
