Perfect for families, the seaside villa is in the second row of houses from the sea (50 m away). It sports a large garden with a barbecue.
The spacious villa, built in the traditional way, is cool in the summer and calm, despite being on the sea front.

Villa très bien située et idéale pour une famille nombreuse

L'emplacement est très proche de la plage et de la place de la Méditerranée, centre de vie de Canet. La villa est très bien adaptée à une famille nombreuse, avec des chambres de bonne taille, un jardin qui permet de garer des voitures et aux enfants de s'ébattre et un garage très pratique comme salle de jeu et buanderie. Les assiettes, plats, casserolles et couverts sont en abondance.

Recommandation de la location de la villa à Canet

Je recommande la location de la villa située à 50 m de la plage de Canet. La villa est spacieuse, calme, très agréable à vivre, adaptée aux enfants, proche de la plage et de la place de la Méditerranée très animée en soirée.C’est une vraie maison de famille. La villa est confortable et bien équipée, les chambres sont grandes et la maison reste fraiche en été. Le côté jardin permet de profiter des belles soirées d'été et de recevoir des amis. Je recommande cette location aux familles avec enfants et adolescents et aux personnes âgées.

Villa à recommander

Séjour très agréable entre Noël et Nouvel An en famille avec des petits-enfants dans cette villa spacieuse et confortable (chauffage, literie, batterie de cuisine, vaisselle......) N'avons manqué de rien. Grand jardin entièrement clôturé, l' idéal pour les enfants, ainsi que la proximité de la plage et des manèges............ Avons apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux du propriétaire.

Ancienne villa, mais situation idéale.

Villa rustique, mais idéale pour des vacances en famille avec des enfants. Rajeunir un peu l'intérieur (salle de bain) ustensiles de cuisine (casseroles plats) ajouter quelques transats et surtout arranger l'entrée côté jardin pour y accéder sans difficultés avec les véhicules. Prix de la location correct par rapport à la situation.
