Sant'Angelo Guesthouse

The 4-rooms apartment includes 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms in the basement which is very bright and comfortable. You can enjoy our common area with kitchenette overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The apartment, as clarified in the description of our structure, has been recently renovated and is very fresh and sober in style as well as equipped with every comfort: private bathrooms in each room, A/C, safe boxes and minibar.The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hobs, a microwave, coffee maker and kettle. It is the perfect place to prepare a nutritious breakfast so as to be full of energy to visit the Roman beauties, almost all of which can be reached with a pleasant walk.

The rental was in a great neighborhood, and really close to many attractions and great restaurants. The room was the perfect size for our group of 8 - lots of space for everyone! This is a delightful property, located close to many of the best attractions. Francesca and Carolina are gracious hosts - they were very responsive to our needs. Their property is decorated very nicely.Vatican City and Castel Sant'Angelo are within about 1 km. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. You can easily catch a ride to the vicinity of the Roman Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, and other highlights.You enter on the upper level, which has two bedrooms. Descend the stairs to the lower level. That has two more bedrooms, the common area, and the kitchen.Being on a side street, the building is fairly quiet. We were there in the heat of the summer, and the rooms stayed comfortably cool.Because of the steps (two half-flights), I don't recommend this location for people with severe mobility issues.If we go to Rome again, this guesthouse will be at the top of our list.

Communication before the trip was great, they were very responsive to questions. We were met upon arrival and were shown everything about the unit. We had 4 bedrooms, all with ensuites, and they was a living room with a small kitchen. We had 9 adults in the unit and were very comfortable. We definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay in Rome

The apartment is very well situated near the Castle D’ Sant’Angelo. The location is great. There is a little store and restaurant around the corner. The property owners made checking in very easy and accommodated our every request. We would definitely return to this apartment and enthusiastically recommend this apartment.

Perfect spot for our Rome stay!

We really loved our property in Rome! All four bedrooms were spacious with a large bed, TV, and en suite bathroom. All 4 rooms were the same, which was convenient for us traveling with our family and friends. Everything was super clean and in good working condition. We had small issue with toilet and air conditioning which the owners were very responsive and fixed quickly.We felt the area was very safe and offered easy access to our sightseeing locations. Location was great with restaurants, mini marts, and bus stops around the corner. Highly recommend eating& enjoying a drink @ La Locanda just around the corner!!
