The 4-rooms apartment includes 2 rooms on the ground floor and 2 rooms in the basement which is very bright and comfortable. You can enjoy our common area with kitchenette overlooking the internal courtyard of the building. The apartment, as clarified in the description of our structure, has been recently renovated and is very fresh and sober in style as well as equipped with every comfort: private bathrooms in each room, A/C, safe boxes and minibar.The kitchen is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hobs, a microwave, coffee maker and kettle. It is the perfect place to prepare a nutritious breakfast so as to be full of energy to visit the Roman beauties, almost all of which can be reached with a pleasant walk.

Wonderful stay in Rome

The apartment is very well situated near the Castle D’ Sant’Angelo. The location is great. There is a little store and restaurant around the corner. The property owners made checking in very easy and accommodated our every request. We would definitely return to this apartment and enthusiastically recommend this apartment.

Loved Sant'Angelo Guesthouse

Can't say enough about Sant'Angelo. Excellent communications from Francesca, she was so accommodating about dropping off our luggage early. Great location, clean and comfortable for our family of 8. Private bedroom and bathroom for each couple. Fully equipped kitchen, good wifi. Highly recommended!

Lovely Rome Apartment

Our group of four truly enjoyed our time in this adorable apartment in Rome. It was an easy walk to the Vatican as well as many other places of interest. It’s also close to many good restaurants! We all loved having our own bedrooms and bathrooms!

Amazing location close to all you want to do/see!

This was the perfect site for what we were looking for. We were having a friends/family vacation and wanted to enjoy time together but also be able to do the sights and food that the amazing Roma location had to offer. This location didn’t disappoint. Due to some delays in responses (due to flights and network issues).but once we got it figured it was perfect.

Great Rental

We stayed only two days but felt so comfortable in this location. Each room had their own lock system on the door which made us feel really secure. Just a tap of the room key and you had access to the room. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I loved that each room had a safe and a mini fridge. With a group of people it was great that we all had our own space to situate at night. Franchesca was also amazing and was very communicative. We would stay here again.

The Guest House was the perfect place for 4 couples to stay while in Rome. Loved the neighborhood. Restaurants are close and were outstanding. Francesca and Carolina are the perfect hosts!

Great central place in Rome

6 of us (family and close friends) stayed here for 5 days as our first stop in Italy. It perfectly suited our needs . Everyone had their own space but we could visit in the living room and kitchen . It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Also great location. Close to Vatican and easy to get to all the sights of Rome . Francesca was quick to reply to any questions and a lovely welcoming host. A great way to make us comfortable to start our trip to Italy.

Short But Sweet

We only stayed 2 nights in Francesca's lovely apartment. Our group of 8 included 2 families of 4 with adult children. There was just enough room for us to gather together in the common area downstairs as well as enjoy privacy in 1 of the 4 bedrooms with en suite bathroom. The apartment was clean and comfortable and situated in a very nice, walkable neighborhood. Francesca was a pleasure to work with! Communication throughout was wonderful. Our morning flight arrived earlier than the apartment was able to be prepared for us, but, Francesca met us there, checked us in and accommodated us by allowing us to drop off all our belongings. We were able to head out to enjoy the city and our 11:45 Vatican tour! Apartment is located within an easy walk to Vatican City and approximately 20 minute walk to the Spanish Steps. All in all, we had a very enjoyable stay in Sant' Angelo Guesthouse. Thank you, Francesca!!

Awesome Apartment!

We had a wonderful time in Roma and this VRBO had a lot to do with it! Easy to find, great location-close to shopping, food, gelato and the Vatican! Great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The host was wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend!

The rooms were very clean, quiet, stylishly decorated, and Francesca was a fantastic host! Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Man kann sehr viel zu Fuß erreichen. Die Gastgeberin Francesca war sehr freundlich und nett und es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Für acht Personen ist die Ferienwohnung optimal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wonderful apartment

The 4 bedrooms were excellent for our kids and family or would be perfect for 4 couples staying together. The family/dining area was more spacious than appeared on the pictures and could easily accurate our 8 plus another 4 guests for hanging out. The neighborhood is wonderful with a great restaurant 20 steps outside the door and multiple grocery stores and other restaurants 1-2 blocks away. The Vatican was an easy 5-6 block walk for the Sunday angelus and Wednesday audience, just recommend showing up 1.5-2hours early to get a good spot for each. The kitchen is small but accommodates a light breakfast and cappuccino with ease.

Great Location

This apartment is in a great location and Francesca was a great host! Arrival was very easy and she was available for questions during our stay. It doesn't have much of a kitchen and refrigerator is pretty small but you are in Rome-you're not going to be cooking anyway. Bedrooms are large and a great gathering space downstairs. We needed four bedrooms and this place was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend it.

This property was a great location, great accommodations and the host was super helpful! Would definitely book there again. Only thing I would add is a full size refrigerator and tissues for guests who have the entire family staying.
