Renovated, Seaside Villa. 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, small cooks kitchen & bar area, relaxing living room. Hardwood floors. Full kitchen with dishwasher equipped for your every cooking need. Granite, Stainless Steel appliances, Cherry cabinets. Pocket door in hall to close off bedroom. Washers/Dryers on each floor of the complex. Charcoal grills and picnic tables available for your outdoor cooking.

Seaside Villas is an oceanfront complex, located on the South end of Hilton Head Island in the South Forest Beach area. Villa is walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which includes everything from live entertainment, restaurants, local bars, shops, grocery stores & a movie theater. The back gate to Sea Pines is less than a mile in the other direction, giving you easy access to South Beach and Harbour Town.

Hurricane Season runs from the beginning of June to the end of November. We highly recommend purchasing the VRBO travel insurance which covers mandatory evacuations (for example) in additional to other unforeseen circumstances. Call VRBO for more details and pricing.

Great Stay and convenient location

Excellent location. Short walk to the beach and short walk to Coligny Plaza. The pool is right out in front and has everything you need for a beach get away.

Nice place to stay within our budget…great location!

This was our first stay on HHI and I was very pleased with our choice of lodging! Although it doesn’t have the greatest view of the beach, you can see it and it’s only a short walk! Also within walking distance of Coligny’s restaurants and shops! It’s not fancy or boujee but that’s fine with us! With our budget, I was pleased and would stay again!

Location is great. Enjoyed the view of the ocean and the palm trees from the balcony. And the short walk to the beautiful beach. Bike paths are everywhere on the island. We had a nice stay.

We had a great week of beautiful weather and a wonderful place to stay. It is was a short walk to the beach to enjoy sunrise or sunset or to Coligny Beach for dinner. There was also ample storage for our bikes and laundry facilities on each floor.

Wonderful experience

We have stayed in this condo complex for ten year. This particular condo is wonderful. Fully remodeled kitchen and the shower is amazing. We will certainly book again as we visit Hilton Head twice per year.

Awesome Getaway

Cool little apartment with ocean view, very clean and everything was in working order. Just a couple minutes from the room to have toes in the ocean or a very short bike ride to Coligny Beach Park/Plaza for dinner. Great communication with the host, thanks for a wonderful stay!

Overall a great place to stay. Easy access to the beach with a great view from the balcony, and elevator was a great bonus (we didn't have this last year). Gina was very helpful, and check in and check out were super easy. I also appreciated check out at 11am instead of the standard 10am. This helped us enjoy our last night there. The property is older than I thought...I didn't realize there wasn't a central air system when we booked. I also didn't realize from the pictures that the door opens to the bedroom. All was easy to adjust to. This was a fabulous place to stay for the price.

Short Spring Vacation

The condo was just perfect for us - it had everything we needed - plus we loved sitting on the balcony with the partial view of the ocean and we regularly ate our meals and just relaxed there! The walk to the ocean was only a few minutes and everyone was very nice. We rented some beach chairs and an umbrella and each day at the beach was very relaxing!

As titled, the condo is overall fine. No glaring issues. For the price, it was great....but the unit did have 6 of the 8 can lights out. A full sized fridge would have been nice as well. But really, we are there for the beach and the area and spent little time in the condo. Great location close to Coligny!

The host sent messages and provided all the information needed. The apartment was cute and the location was great. The couch bed was not comfortable and hadn't been used in a while so the sheets had crumbs and it was kind of dirty. The shower had no water pressure and it was challenging to shower. This would be a good place for a couple, not needing to sleep on the couch bed.

Location! Location!!

First time visiting HHI and we were pleased with the condo we chose. Great location with walking distance to many places. Condo is updated, nice and clean. Perfect for the two of us! Well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would recommend is updating the cook ware. Overall we would stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend getaway and first time visit!

Great location and the condo had evertwe needed for our stay. The one niggle about the condos on this property would be the noise from floor above not on top floor. We had children above us and cloud hear them running and banging. This wouldn’t deter me from another stay but for those sensitive to this just fyi.

Happy Birthday

Nice location, short walk to beach and Coligny plaza. Perfect for two but any more would be cramped. Just like in all the other units we have stayed in on ocean side, a musty, salty beach air smell welcomes you upon entering but nothing a candle didn’t take care of. It’s the nature of the area and age of the building.

Great location

Really enjoyed the location. Very close to the beach and necessary shops. However, it was hard to get in touch with the host at the beginning and end of the vacation. We left some items unfortunately and when trying to reach her the number is no longer in service and when I reach out here I’ve gotten no response at all. Kinda let down but the stay was fine communication isn’t.
