Our studios are equipped with a practical kitchenette, fridge, and complete stainless steel kitchen utensils. Each studio has a bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and offers a large balcony or a porch with a garden. In addition, the heating is centralized to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year.

At the residence, you will find a TV corner and a concierge desk always available to meet your every need.

The pool is available to our guests.

Amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with really kind owners

We had the loveliest time staying here and would like to thank the owners for giving us such a perfect holiday - nothing was too much trouble for them, the hotel and the neighbourhood were beautiful, and we are already thinking about returning! Thank you so much and hopefully see you both soon!

Really well-situated in a beautiful part of the world

The accommodation was simple, clean and well-cared for. It is very much as it looks in the publicity material. Pepino and Claudia were extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful in every way. The residence is walking distance to the village of Panza, with direct bus links to Forio and St Angelo - and even shorter walking distance to Sorgheto Bay, where it’s possible to get a taxi boat to St Angelo and on to the beaches of Fumarole and Maronti. One of the local shops in Panza will deliver your groceries (not the Carrefour, the other one!) and when I initially stopped en route to the residence to do my shopping and asked them if they delivered, they also very kindly gave me a lift too, with my luggage! This was my second visit to the residence, because my first visit had been so good. I spent all my daytimes at the beach this time, so didn’t use the thermal pool, though last visit i did acclimatize there for a day or so first. The pool is fine, though i prefer the sea! This place is really well-situated and in a beautiful part of the world. I recommend it highly.

A partire dall'accoglienza avvalorata da un'offerta di un bicchiere di vino bianco locale decisamente gustoso da parte del Sign. Peppino. Nulla da eccepire, a meno di qualche sottigliezza consistente in mera dimenticanza ma che, dietro richiesta, i titolari si vedevano pronti a soddisfare. La cordialità dei proprietari è il valore aggiunto

Très beau cadre au calme avec petite piscine intérieure et grande piscine extérieure à l'eau chaude thermale. L'idéal pour se détendre et visiter l'île d'Ischia. Les propriétaires sont charmants et sont une source intarissable de bons conseils sur les visites ou bons coins où se restaurer.

magnifique séjour à baia di sorgeto

Clara et Peppino sont charmants, très serviables et chaleureux. Nous avons passés une semaine très agréable dans un petit bout de paradis simple mais parfait. Un plus pour les piscines thermales chauffées accessibles pratiquement à toutes heures. L'île est superbe, on passe de la mer à la montagne en une demi-heure et les paysages sont splendides. Location de scooter recommandée pour en profiiter pleinement

Abbiamo trascorso una magnifica vacanza in questa struttura situata in un punto dell'isola suggestivo ed immerso nella natura. Il residence offre una piacevole e rilassante ospitalità in stanze ben arredate e confortevoli. Il soggiorno è stato allietato dalla piacevole e simpatica presenza dei proprietari. Nous avons passé un tres agréable séjour Chez Pepino qui est aux petits soins de ses locataires; nous avons pu profité de la piscine à l'eau thermale; le petit studio est bien équipé avec une petite terrasse bien agréable; le seul bemol est peut etre l'isolation de la porte par rapport au couloir, mais cela ne gache rien au reste; Pepino nous avait recommandé le restaurant "chez gisele" qui est incroyable; une adresse à recommander avec un rapport qualité prix tres convenable

"nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cette résidence surtout remarquable par sa magnifique piscine d''eau chaude et par un très bel environnement. Les studios sont un peu sommaires mais suffisants pour que l''on se sente bien. Le propriétaire parle très bien français. L''ile d''ischia est très belle, verdoyante et calme en tout cas au mois de mai où le temps fut plus beau que prévu. Cette location est vraiment recommandable pour son excellent rapport qualité prix."

"Huge thanks to Peppino, his spouse Thea Rosa, Alexander and Margot for our staying in Residence Baya di Sorgeto. Owner speaks three languages apart from the native one (Italian): English, French and German, which is unusual for this area and great advantage. Besides his profession was hotel manager, maybe that's why all is properly organised. He is always friendly and is ready to help you with any questions you need concerning your accomodation or whatsoever in Ischia. There is enough space for parking, two swimming pools with thermal water. Apartments are located a bit far from the main street therefore there is peaceful and quiet. We would recommend these apartments for having your vacations. Yegor and Alyona di San Pietroburgo"

"Il residence è accogliente e molto tranquillo ed il personale è molto disponibile e gentile. L''unica pecca è data dal fatto che è un pochetto fuori mano, ma questo è un problema tranquillamente superabile se si ha la macchina a disposizione o se si decide di affittare i motorini (il mio personale consiglio, comunque, è quello di portare l''auto così da poter visitare tutta l''isola che è veramente stupenda). Nel complesso consiglierei questo residence a tutti coloro che vogliono passare qualche giorno di relax!Ciao!"

"Nous avons passé une semaine début mai et avons été très satisfaits du rapport qualité-prix et de l''accueil des propriétaires. La résidence se trouve à 10 minutes à pied de Panza, au milieu des vignes et dans le plus beau coin de l''île, à proximité de St Angelo (20 minutes à pied), un petit village de pêcheurs typique, sans voiture et à 10 minutes à pied de la baie de Sorgeto qui est une petite plage avec des bains d''eau de mer chaude. Elle est à plus de 30 minutes de bus du port d''Ischia. Le propriétaire, très accueillant et disponible, peut vous avoir des prix intéressants sur la location de scooters pour faire le tour de l''île. Les appartements en tant que tels sont simples, propres et fonctionnels. Les 2 piscines thermales sont très agréables."
