About this property

This oceanfront condo is ideal for families and couples who seek a quiet, relaxing getaway. Because of the proximity to the pointe, the beach is the widest on the Grand Strand. This three bedroom, three bath condominium located on the eighth floor provides a spectacular view of the ocean. Enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the spacious 200 square foot balcony. For your convenience, wi-fi service is available in the condo.

Tile is included in the entry, kitchen, dining area, living room and bathrooms. All bedrooms are carpeted; new carpeting was installed in 2017. The living room and dining room have a panoramic view with seven oceanfront windows and glass doors. The living room is adorned with a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat and two recliners; sofa and loveseat were newly reupholstered in the spring of 2018. There is a washer and dryer in the unit for added convenience. A new AC unit was installed in 2012 and an Air Oasis unit (Ultraviolet Light) was added in 2014 to minimize mold and mildew in the HVAC system.

There is a lazy river, oceanfront pool, small indoor pool, kiddie pool and lots of beach in front of the condominium. The building has a three-story parking garage and the units are located on top of the parking garage for added convenience to the guests. There are two reserved parking spaces for the unit that are located just a few steps away from the elevator. There is a storage unit outside the front door so you won't have to track in unwanted sand. Inside the storage unit there are kid's sand toys, beach chairs, and umbrellas for your use during your stay.

Owners have fully equipped the kitchen with plenty of cookware and small appliances for your use, including a Keurig coffeemaker and a traditional coffeemaker. Flat screen TV's are in all bedrooms and living room ranging in size from 32 inch to a 50 inch in the living room. In addition to the sleeper sofa, the condo is equipped with two king sized beds and one queen. The master bedroom has a 10 inch cool memory foam mattress.

Patio furniture was updated in 2015 with poly furniture, including a rocker, chaise lounge, two pub chairs and a pub table.

Home away from home

I can't say enough about our stay at the condo for Spring Break. From the very convenient parking spaces (located near elevator), spacious bedrooms/bathrooms (master suite bathroom is huge), the extended balcony, fully stocked kitchen and beautiful beach view....we couldn't have asked for more. Pictures do not do it justice. Check-in and out was seemless and communication with the owner was prompt. Location was very convenient to mini-golf, restaurants and ice cream! Insta-cart delivers straight to the condo's door which was wonderful. Definitely 5/5 stars for sure! Can't wait to visit again.

Great place.

Spacious 3 bed room right on the beach. If you like to cook yourself this place everything you could ask for. Location to other attractions are less than 5 min drive.

Nice and quiet

Condo had everything you would ever need in the kitchen, views were great, traveling from out of state I loved the outdoor closet with all beach items needed for adults and kids.
