Our VRBO had 180 degree views of the backwater and intercoastal waterways (unit is waterfront with no blocked views) with stunning sunsets. Both decks and all of the bedrooms had water views. The elevator made luggage and food handling easy and the unit was only a couple of minute walk to the beach. At the time of year we went , beaches were almost empty and no waits at the many local restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would suggest taking another look at your description of the property. Specifically, it says that there are 1.5 baths total when there are actually 2 full baths on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the top floor.Thanks for letting us stay.

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Well stocked kitchen and the Queen’s Grant neighborhood offered many amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

This is our second time staying at this house and it’s great. The views are incredible and it’s so perfect with kids to have the pool and beach within walking distance.

The Best time

If you are looking for a great relaxing time this is the place. So cozy inside. Makes your home away from home relaxing! From views, fishing, the pool, and beach we had it all! A gated community with some of the friendliest people! We traveled with 5 kids 10-14 and they had PLENTY to do. Basketball court a, playground. This is an amazing place and the host are amazing as well! 10/10 recommend!

Our family enjoyed our stay here very much. Access to the beach was easy, the pool was a nice option and the views from the house were fantastic. Our boys enjoyed watching and waving to all the boat traffic.

Amazing location!

Amazing location on the sound and very close proximity to Topsail Beach. We saw dolphins both in the sound and from the beach! If you are looking for the most relaxing beach vacation spot then this is it!

Gorgeous Sunsets!

Great week at Topsail! We saw dolphins everyday and gorgeous sunsets! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful Stay

The location of this house can't be beat. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and then the evening sunset while watching the dolphins was spectacular. Loved to be able to fish from the backyard and then walk a short distance to the beach. Can't wait to return for another relaxing family vacation.

What an awesome vacation!

The updated interior was gorgeous. Weather was perfect with absolutely breathtaking sunsets.Something to check - the ceiling fan in the bunk room does not work. The wooden elevator door on the ground level sometimes does not want to open. Have to work at it to get it open. And a set of steak knives would be great in the kitchen. Otherwise, we'll see Let's Do Sunset next year!!!

The Best Beach Vacation Home I've Ever Experienced!

We couldn't have asked for a better home experience than this. This house and furnishings were amazing! The owners are kind and professional. We loved drinking our morning coffee on the deck over looking the sound. This house made our family vacation the best ever!

Enjoy our stay and my husband loved fishing from the back yard.

He also appreciated the elevator because of arthritis in his knee. He got a much needed break for a week while he enjoyed fishing. Thank you for your help also when needed.

Beach Vacation

This house has a spacious kitchen and great views! We loved how close the house was to the beach and pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in use. The house was very clean but could use some updated furnishings and furniture.

Fabulous!

This vacation home has a gorgeous water view! The home has everything you need but there are many options for dining and entertainment within a short drive. The hot tub, pool, beach, and boat access are all added bonuses. It's a very quiet area which is great for relaxing. Owners were wonderful! Would definitely recommend this one!

We have grown up vacationing on Topsail Island and are glad to be able to share our little slice of heaven with you! We don't think you will find a nicer setting to vacation than Topsail Beach!

Why they chose this property

Why not??? You will not be disappointed! At least four locals have told us they have never seen a better view on the island, including from beach front properties. It's hard to beat the sunset off the back deck and the panoramic views to the northwest and south! This house is so serene and fresh with a lot of extras to offer!

What makes this property unique

Quick walk to the beach through private beach access! Fishing, crabbing, and shrimping right out the back door! Boat or jet ski docks feet away from the house for use during your entire stay! Quiet, gated community with pool (open Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day), play ground, basketball court, and picnic shelter.
