Spacious Condo w/ FREE Ski Season transport to base area!

5 Bedroom 5 Bathroom
1 Master Bedroom with King bed and flat screen TV with cable. Bedroom also has walk-in closet, shower, jacuzzi, as well as a sliding door to the back porch.

2 Queen bed bedrooms located upstairs. Both equipped with flat screen TVs. Both bedrooms share 1 full bathroom and each have their own closet.

Powder bathroom located next to the kitchen/dining area.

2 bedrooms in basement. One room has a queen bed and the other is twin bunkbed. Both bathrooms share a double bathroom (each has their own shower and sink, but in the same general room.)

Living room is equipped with brand new SmartTV as well as a gas fireplace and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Dining table seats 10 plus 4 more bar stools at the kitchen/bar.

Downstairs also has a living room area with a full couch and Smart TV/cable area. Includes full mini bar including cabinets, sink, and fridge. Perfect hang out for the kids.

Lovely deck outside the back of the condo with 2 entrances (one from master bedroom and one from the dining room)

Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything that you need (appliances, pots, pans, etc)

There is a mud-entry room to take off all of your ski gear.

There is a 2 car garage with room for 1 parking spots outside the garage and 1 on the side street. (4 car max on premises. Additional cars must be parked offsite)
Comfortably sleeps 10-12 people, but could hold more if necessary.

Excellent specious, well equipped property (just as described) with easy access to the mountain. See other recent reviews for details. The owner and the management team were very responsive. The shuttle drives right by the unit - just stand at end of driveway. We ate at 3 of the recommended restaurants in town (short drive) and all were excellent and worth the visit: The Ore House (steak), Mambo Italiano, and Hypnotic Chicken.

Great family trip

This home was perfect for our 12 person family. This is the ONLY home we have rented that had enough paper supplies and a great assortment of kitchen essentials including spices. Kudo to the hosts.

Spacious and nicely decorated!

Such a nice place! We were very comfortable with our family. Kitchen was well appointed. The shuttle stopped in front of the house and took us to the ski gondolas in minutes. We would definitely rent this property again.

Spectacular property with very accurate web site description. Kitchen had all the cookware & utensils needed for even the most discerning cooks. All bedrooms & bathrooms were also great. Free shuttle to/from gondola square about every 10 to 15 minutes….

Great Location

This property is nice, truly has 5 bedrooms but does not have 5 bathrooms. There are two bedrooms on second level with queens beds and they share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Then on the first level there is a master bedroom that has its own bathroom. The first level also has a 1/2 bath with a toilet and sink. In the basement there is two bedrooms that share a bathroom that has double sinks and then two doors with a toilet and and shower behind each of the doors that walks out into the double sink area. This house does have a separate bathroom for each bedroom, which is hard to under when reading the description. I would say this is a best a 4 bath house. After getting over that frustration of not truly having 5 bathrooms for 5 couples, we Still enjoyed the house and it is an amazing location.

Wonderful but…

Great location. Great home. Fully stocked with everything you need. We had a wonderful time butttt…it was apparent that there were some issues with the cleaning service. I don’t know if it got skipped or if they were using a new service but I did not feel like the price we pay for a “cleaning fee” was justified at all. Fortunately there was a vacuum on-site that I could use myself to ensure our child who was on the ground (crawler) was able to be on a clean surface. I emptied 2.5 FULL canisters from the vacuum just on the main floor alone. Outside of paying for a “cleaning fee” and not having a clean house to be in, the place was great!

Steamboat revisited

The townhouse is very nice with 3 levels for people to spread out. We had a party of 12 with 6 of them being children. Kitchen very well stocked even with spices. Parking tight for trucks. Unable to use hot tub, key didn’t work but went to hot springs so no big deal. Also went paddle boarding at steamboat lake which is awesome!! Decorated very nicely. Very happy for A/C due to really high temps while we were there. The rental met all our needs. Very well stocked with soaps, towels, paper towels, cling wrap, tin foil, just to mention a few that makes life a lot easier when u r cooking for a crowd! Nicely situated close to path along stream for walks. Enjoyed our visit.

Great location and space, shuttle it's a great plus to get to he mountain base. The only thing is that they need to update the mattresses they are dated and uncomfortable. Also drainage takes a while to get the water down from sinks

I have nothing but great words for the owner and the property. Everything was accurate from the description and the property was way more spacious than we thought. We had 3 families stay in home for soccer tournament. Great space for kids to be downstairs and adults upstairs. The deck is perfect on summer evening. Kitchen has everything you need and dining room allows everyone to sit and eat together. It was a great location close to soccer fields, restaurants and grocery stores and close to the base of the mountain. Everyone was very comfortable in their rooms. Contacted the owner before we arrived and was very responsive. Would stay here again.

I grew up about 3.5 hours away from Steamboat in Greeley, CO and have been coming up to Steamboat on weekends and holidays ever since I could walk. Steamboat is my absolute favorite place in the world and there is no better place for you to spend your family vacation! I attended and graduated college from Colorado State University and have now moved on into the Real Estate world. I am a Colorado boy born and raised and love the outdoors that Steamboat provides everyone!

Why they chose this property

My mom has been vacationing in Steamboat since 1964 while I have been coming my whole life as well! (Since 1991). We bought this property because we loved Steamboat so much and came up so often that it made financial sense to buy down on a permanent home for us up in the mountains. And we have enjoyed our little home away from home so much that we want you to be able to enjoy and make the same memories that we have up in the condo at Cascades!

What makes this property unique

As soon as you walk into this condo you will see how it just feels like home. Everything is in great condition as well as decorated beautifully, but it is the sense of being at home that gets me every time I walk into the condo. The back porch provides you a great place to sit and hang out with your companions while enjoying wonderful views of the mountain behind you. Another thing that is great about this condo is that you can have plenty of guests in it, yet you never feel overcrowded. There is 2700 square feet of space to work with as well as 3 different levels. Its nice to have an area where you can be around so many people, yet still have the space to move to another room to be more secluded if you would like.
