Large house on two levels, large living room, ideally located (plot 5500 m2, vineyards, scrubland, panoramic view), very quiet, comfortable, high-end decoration Provence style, shaded terraces, private pool, pool house with summer kitchen , sauna, billiards, table football, table tennis, swing (swing, tackle).
Sun guaranteed by the Provençal climate.
The house is located on the hills overlooking the Rhone Valley. It is located on the edge of the inhabited zone, with buildings (some houses not very visible) on the only south side. On the other three sides: vineyards and the Provencal forest. As in addition it is located on a vast ground (5500 square meters), it enjoys a calm environment
and almost perfect intimacy. Whether on the terraces in front of the house or around the pool, nothing disturbs the tranquility of the occupants.
The house is on two levels. On the ground floor there is a living room of 55 square meters in two parts (a part "panoramic in front of the three windows and a more intimate part, slightly below, in front of the fireplace and the TV), an entrance of 15 square meters giving on the staircase accessing the floor, and the kitchen-dining area of 28 square meters. These rooms are not separated by doors or partitions, this gives an open space of nearly 100 square meters, largely open to the outside which is more. On the ground floor is also a room of 16 square meters, overlooking a dressing room and a bathroom. The ground floor also includes service rooms (pantry, laundry, "delivery", WC).
Upstairs there is a landing, a mezzanine with a billiard table and a football table, three rooms of 12 square meters each (one of the rooms being equipped with a bathroom with shower), and a bathroom with bathtub and washbasin. Plus a toilet overlooking the landing.
The configuration of the premises offers both spaces for good times in a group, and many more intimate spaces for moments of tranquility.
An important point to note: the construction was made without synthetic materials (paints, plastics), only with non-toxic materials: terracotta, plastered with natural lime in the purest Provencal tradition, cypress beams requiring no protective treatment (cypress "defends" itself). In addition, the continuously operating VMC renews all the air in the house every day.
