We required an early check in & Darren was very accommodating with that. We were able to bring our dog with us. We had a senior with us & the house is all on one level which made things easier. We even got to watch a bear on the golf course. The property was a really good fit for us

This place was fabulous with lots of space. The host was very good at communicating with us when there was an issue. The only problem we had was with TV remotes and start up of the TV. We used our own fire stick. There are a few light bulbs need replacing especially the front door step was not lit. Beds were comfortable and enjoyed the large bath tub and shower in the master bedroom. All in all we were quite satisfied and would return to this place.

Overall our experience was excellent. The only challenges were related to small maintenance issue with burnt out light bulbs, BBQ tank needing valve adjustment and a BBQ cleaning brush which had been used improperly and was melted.The home also did not have A/C and was too warm the first day. Once we made adjustments with windows, blinds, and fans, the temperature was better.

We appreciate you bringing the minor maintenance items to our attention. The light bulb replacement and grill brush have both been addressed. As noted in our listing, our mountain home is not equipped with air conditioning. The home is constructed with 6-inch insulated foam-core wall panels, which provide excellent thermal performance. During the summer, keeping the windows and blinds closed during the day, opening the windows at night, using the living room ceiling fan, and allowing the home’s humidistat-controlled ventilation fans to operate helps maintain a comfortable indoor temperature. Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to welcome you back to Fairmont Hot Springs in the future.

Great access to golf and the lake

We really enjoyed our stay, this a great location close to several golf courses and close to two lakes. The beds were super comfortable and the place is very cool considering it isn’t air conditioned.
