Located in Sainte-Maxime, the villa ELMIO offers, the rental of two beautiful small independent villas, and an apartment located in a Mediterranean garden facing the sea, 400 meters from the beaches.

They each have two bedrooms, living room, bathroom, sea view terrace, garden and barbecue area.
Each house is independent with private garden and terrace. Not overlooked. Only the entrance to the property is common.

A beautiful, well-heated swimming pool area (from April / May to the end of September) facing the sea is shared with the other 2 villas.

The villa is located in a private, secure domain, just 400 meters from the beaches, restaurants, local services and mini-market.

Wonderfull Elmio Villa

Beautifull, quiet and secure location with a lovely garden. Our flat was clean and it was relaxing to sit on the terrasse and have the stunning view of the blue Mediterranean Sea The communication with Anne was easy and friendly. The caretaker Nicola was welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next holiday. P.S. Anne, thank you for the nice and fresh bottle of Rose, which we enjoyed a lot after a long journey.

Magnifique domaine

La vue de la terrasse est magnifique. Mais c’est l’ensemble du domaine qui est soigné avec un jardin plein de fleurs. Belle vue également de la piscine qui est à partager avec les autres locataires. Très bon accueil. A recommander fortement 🙂👍

Repos bien mérité

Partis vous nous reposer en cette semaine de Toussaint, nous avons été gâtés. Le logement est bien aménagé, la propriété très arboré et bien entretenu, nous avons pleinement profité de la terrasse ombragé avec la vue dégagée sur la mer, pour bouquiner ... Impeccable !

Great place / owners / caretaker

We are a couple with a 2yo kid. We came from Denmark. We have spent 5 days at the villa “Les Mimosas” end of September 2018 (outside of season). Before renting the villa we had been in direct contact with the owner by email and phone (in French). The owner actually contacted us during our stay to hear if all was going well. The property is located a few km from the city center of Ste Maxime, on a private road starting next to the sea and going up a hill facing the sea. The road is protected by a gate with code. The beach is walking distance from the house. There are also a few beach restaurants down (not tested). There is a supermarket less than 1 km away (next to the beach). The property is located up the hill and divided in several independant houses of which 3 are for rent, and the 4th is used by the owner for their holiday. The swimming pool is heated, which is why we chose this rental. Bigg added value. The swimming pool is shared between the guests but does not feel crowdy. The other guests were pleasant and understanding (our kid was a bit excited to start with :) It’s a nice compound with lots of bushes. Now about the villa Les Mimosas: we have spent most of our time on the terasse, which has a fantastic view on the sea and coast line (we mean it). The house has two floors but the ground floor is used to keep garden furnitures during winter so not used. You will be located at the first floor. Important: you will need to climb 20/30 steps to access the house so keep that in mind if you have physical issues or use a wheel chair. Despite other houses being close (less than 10 meters), we felt that the house & terasse were very private, as it is located on top + “fenced” by bushes so you cannot see what your neighbors are doing. Only a few wasps were a bit annoying but they were not aggressive. We just put some meat on a plate left on the floor and they were not bothering anymore. The house comprises 4 rooms: a bathroom with decent size and big shower, a parents bedroom with a medium large bed (16cm I think) and storage room, a smaller kids room with a bunk bed (so 2 small beds on top of each other) and storage room, and a kitchen / living room. This room is not very big but spacious enough, especially if you eat on the terasse. There is all you need to cook a decent meal, a fridge with a small freezer, dish washer, oven, etc. It also has a sofa and TV. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience at the villa, and would recommend it.

Séjour parfait!

2ème séjour chez M et Mme Denis:absolument parfait! Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute de leurs hôtes avec le souci permanent de leur bien être. Vraiment très agréable! Nous avons cette année séjourné aux Mimosas : une vue magnifique, une petite maison bien agencée, bien équipée et très propre. Une piscine très agréable partagée avec les locataires du "patio" . Nous ne pensons qu' à revenir l'été prochain!

Magnifique

Je recommande vivement cette location où nous avons été très bien accueilli. Nous y avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Située au calme et la mer est accessible à pied. La maison est bien équipée et la vue de la terrasse est splendide! Le jardin est très bien entretenu et la piscine agréable. Très belle surprise!

Charmantes kleines Häuschen mit toller Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Elmio sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft besticht mit der überdachten Terrasse und dem tollen Ausblick, so dass das der meistgenutzte Aufenthaltsbereich war! Der Garten ist wunderschön am Hang gelegen, der Pool ist gut beheizt und mit einem Tor kindersicher abgetrennt vom übrigen Garten. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Un sejour de reve !

La maison "les mimosas", offre une vue imprenable et sans vis a vis, sur la mer, de la grande terrace ombragée , ainsi que du salon et de la chambre principale . Pouvoir savourer le coucher de soleil et la parade des voiliers , allongée sur une chaise longue avec un verre de rosé frais , est un vrai luxe et un moment tres privilegié qui restera longtemps imprimé dans ma memoire. La decoration est soignee, la propreté exemplaire, l'acceuil chaleureux, la maison est a moins de 10 minutes a pied des plages, et idealement située entre Les Issembres et Sainte maxime. Elle est est calme et tres privée, et le rapport qualité/ prix absolument parfait. Une tres belle decouverte, que je recomenderai sans aucune hesitation a tout mes amis , en attendant de revenir le printemps prochain. Sylvie

Un petit air d'Italie dans cette jolie maison provençale où toutes les terrasses donnent sur la mer

Ces quelques jours à la villa Elmio furent un vrai bonheur. Notre logement était impeccable et bien équipé, l'accueil attentif et plein de gentillesse. La vue est splendide de toutes les terrasses de la maison, la piscine très agréable et le jardin fleuri et arboré est magnifique. Sainte Maxime est une très jolie ville balnéaire avec ses belles plages et de fantastiques commerces. Nous avons adoré notre séjour et recommandons vivement cette location!

Exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné une semaine dans la maisonnette appelée Les Mimosas et ce fut fabuleux. La vue de la terrasse est imprenable sur les pins et la mer, la plage est accessible à pieds en quelques minutes, le site est très beau, le domaine est très bien entretenu et le coin piscine paradisiaque. Enfin, nous avons été très bien accueillis par les propriétaires qui sont très gentils (Merci à Hugo de nous avoir prêté main forte avec les bagages lors de notre arrivée) . Nous reviendrons c'est sûr !
