For rent at the top of a villa with a magnificent sea and Estérel view, in the secure area of the Agay rastel. Extremely quiet area!

The house is 7 min walk from the sandy beach !!!

It has a living room with sea and Estérel view, with direct access to the terrace of the house, a semi open kitchen to the living room with also a sea view and access to the terrace, 3 bedrooms (2 with a bed in 160x200 and a bedroom with 2 pull-out beds convertible into 2 beds in 160x190), 2 bathrooms (one with bath and wc and the other with walk-in shower and catcher in 90x120) and 1 separate wc.

The house is equipped with a nescafé dolce gusto coffee maker, a toaster, an oven, an induction hob, a microwave, a hood, a kettle, a washing machine dishes, washing machine, fridge / freezer, fairy and ironing board, hair dryer.

Baby kit present including: baby bed with mattress, high chair, bath, children's games.

Bath towels, kitchen linen and bed linen can be rented.

A small sports equipment (exercise bike and elliptical trainer) is also available.

Splendid

The view is really beautiful . But so is the house, everything you could need is there. It's close to the beach and village. The communication with the host was very good. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Es ist ein wunderbarer Blick auf die Bucht von Agay von der Terrasse gegeben. Das Haus war sehr sauber gereinigt und für die Selbstverpflegung einschließlich Kochen war aller notwendiger Hausrat vorhanden. Die Beschreibung im Internet ist zutreffend und informativ. Die Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten sind sehr vielfältig. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin funktionierte sehr gut und die Infos waren leicht verständlich gehalten.

Der Aufenthalt im Feriendomizil war richtig schön. Das geräumige und klimatisierte Haus befindet sich in einer sehr schönen Lage mit Blick sowohl zum Esterel-Massiv als auch zum Meer.

Vue imprenable !

Comme les photos de l'annonce le laissaient présager, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison tout confort et bien équipée, au calme dans une propriété privée, très claire intérieurement grâce aux nombreuses baies vitrées, et jouissant d'une vue exceptionnelle, aussi bien sur la mer que sur la barre rocheuse derrière la maison. La baie d'Agay est paisible et à taille humaine, tout en n'étant pas enclavée, situation idéale à notre sens. Bref, nous recommendons cette location !

Das Haus liegt wunderschön mit Blick über die Bucht. In wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und trotzdem in großer Ruhe am Fuß des Esterel-Gebirges, welches zum Wandern einläd. Die Ausstattung ist sehr komfortabel, auch die Küche eignet sich hervorragend zur Zubereitung von mehrgängigen, leckeren, französischen Gerichte. Herzlichen Dank auch für die freundliche Unterstützung beim Planen der Ausflüge. Sehr zu Empfehlen!
