Modern house on two levels of 100 m² with all the comforts:
- Kitchen open to the living room with dining area on island. It has an oven, a ceramic hob, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, utensils and crockery. quality in large integrated storage.
-Large bright air-conditioned living room with flat screen TV, sofa, armchairs, coffee table overlooking a shaded terrace with a garden furniture, plancha and relaxation lounge.
- The suspended toilet is independent.
-The bathroom has a designer cabinet with sink, mixer tap, mirror, hair dryer, shaver socket, towel dryer and a walk-in shower with a thermostatic adjustment column.
- A laundry area with washing machine, drying rack, luggage storage, iron and ironing board.
- A 12 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps.

Upstairs, we find:
- A 10 m² air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps

Sommer auf Korsika in L'Emera

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus in der Mitte der Ostküste Korsikas gelegen. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, nur 4 km bis zum nächsten Strand. Sehr zentrale Lage zu zahlreichen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten/Aktivitäten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr entgegenkommend bei der An- und Abreise, sie leben direkt nebenan und sind gut verfügbar aber ansonsten sehr diskret. Das Haus ist für 4-6 Personen gut zu bewohnen, allerdings hat das 3. Schlafzimmer kein Fenster (Klimaanlage), was aus der deutsch-übersetzten Beschreibung nicht hervorgeht. Der Vermieter hat auf der französischen Internetseite sein Haus sehr gut und detailliert beschrieben, die automatische Übersetzung ins Deutsche ist dagegen eher dürftig - diese Minuspunkte gehen an die Agentur, nicht an den Vermieter! Alles in allem hatten wir 2 herrliche Wochen und kommen gerne wieder.

Great spot, wonderful views + quiet

The property was as advertised, modern appliances with all you could need for a hassle free stay. The owners live next door where the pool is, meaning they are on hand to sort any problems or queries you may have (we didn't have any problems). The pool was filled during are stay, however we didn't make use of it, it is much smaller than it looks. would be perfect for small children. The property is in a small village with good restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. It is also very central for exploring all parts of the island. We covered most just in 1week!.
