Correcto

Bien en general,aunque con un par de detalles que no me gustaron. El primero que no tienen ropa de cama, hay que llevarse todo, y segundo el estado de los colchones, habria que sustituir alguno.Pero como he dicho anteriormente el chalet bien y limpio, yo lo recomiendo para pasar unas buenas vacaciones y en una buena localizacion.

Sehr ruhiges und sauberes Haus

Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Schöner Pool viel Platz und die Vermieter sofort zur Stelle wenn etwas fehlt. In 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt 👍

Dice q tiene 4 habitaciones y en realidad son 3 y un sofá cama en el salón. Por lo demás es grande y la piscina muy bien.

Perfekter Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise alles wie man es sich nur wünschen kann - einfach perfekt. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, tolle Terasse mit Gartenanteil, Grill und vor allem der grandiose Pool. So stellt man sich seinen Urlaub vor. Vielen Dank nochmals an die sehr netten und jederzeit erreichbaren Vermieter.

Trevligt!!

Otroligt tillmötesgående uthyrare som trots att vi inte talade något gemensamt språk lyckades förstå och hjälpa oss med allt från trasig kyl, kaffe första morgonen och peka oss till bästa stället på stranden. Fint hus med det en kan tänkas behöva, fin pool, grill och funktionellt kök. Barnvänligt och ca 1km från stan med restauranger & mataffärer och lång strand.

Les meilleures vacances - Las mejores vacaciones

Nous sommes un couple de Paris, nous avons été pour un mois de vacances dans une villa Villas Amaya et nous avons aimé, sont dans un quartier calme, à 2 minutes en voiture du centre-ville et de la plage, un endroit idéal pour les enfants, notre les enfants ont apprécié dans la piscine ... il est très grand et la séparation pour les jeunes enfants. La villa la date d'entrée trouvé très propre. Les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et attentif à tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Le grand supermarché à proximité et avec un parking gratuit. Sure venir en arrière plusieurs fois ... jusqu'à l'année prochaine !! Somos un matrimonio de Paris, hemos estado durante un mes de vacaciones en un chalet de Villas Amaya y nos ha encantado, están en una zona tranquila, a 2 minutos en coche del centro y de la playa, un sitio ideal para los niños, nuestros hijos han disfrutado mucho en la piscina... es muy grande y con separación para niños pequeños. El chalet el día de entrada lo encontramos muy limpio. Los propietarios son muy amables y atentos a cualquier cosa que hemos necesitado. El supermercado cerca y con parking grande sin coste. Seguro que volveremos más veces... hasta el año que viene!!

très agréable

séjour très agréable malgré des voisins bruyant la 2ième semaine (insonorisation légère entre les location. piscine et logement très propre, propriétaire très chaleureux, nous avons passé notre séjour avec nos vélo (1.5 km de la plage ) ce qui était très pratique vu que le stationnement est payant jusque 02h00 du matin. la ville est très jolie avec de nombreuses boutiques et restaurants.à recommander.

Vacances formidables

Je suis allé 15 jours dans une maison Villas Amaya avec ma femme et mes enfants. Lorsque nous l'avons trouvé très propre, le traitement des propriétaires phénoménaux, avec cuisine entièrement équipée, la piscine est de 6 chalets, mais est très grande et est pas un problème, elle est parfaite . Les chalets sont sûrs et très proche du centre. Nous étions heureux d'être de retour l'année prochaine !! Merci beaucoup!!!

Maison agréable

La maison est propre est bien entretenue et les propriétaires sont très gentils. Pour nous cela s'est très bien passé en revanche la proximité des voisins pourrait être gênante pour certains. Pour une maison qui peut recevoir 6 personnes , l'équipement de la cuisine est un peu limité et il aurait été judicieux d'installer des toilettes en bas. Dernier conseil ne laissez aucun objet précieux en votre absence.

Un séjour agréable à Péniscola

Nous sommes venus 15 jours en famille début Août et nous avons passé d'agréables vacances à Péniscola. Station balnéaire familiale avec une très belle plage et assez vivante en saison. Pour le logement, maison agréable, propre et propriétaire effectivement présent si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Seul bémol, attention au vol, 2 maisons visitées lors de notre séjour et malheureusement la sécurité des maisons est un peu légère au vu du problème récurrent selon les voisins... La literie est un peu fatiguée ou bas de gamme et l'équipement pour cuisiner est au strict minimum et les casseroles très abimées. A part ces points à souligner, nous avons apprécié la piscine et l'emplacement.

Vacances au ToP

Je suis partie une semaine a Peniscola entre amis et franchement je n'ai pas du tout été déçu. La location est spacieuse et les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Je tiens d'ailleurs a remercier Mme Montse pour sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité. Je conseille vivement cette location pour des couples d'amis , celibataire ou familles.

PARFAIT

Je recommande vivement cette annonce. La maison est très bien entretenue, plutôt grande et le jardin et la piscine sont aussi très propre. Le gros plus de cette maison est qu il y a une des salles de bains qui se situe dans la grande chambre.Les propriétaires sont vraiment très charmant, sont à l écoute et à notre service pour le moindre problème tout en étant très discret. Il est vrai qu il y a plusieurs maison mais ce n est en aucun cas dérangeant car chacun a son espace délimité (barbecue, transat, terrasse...). Merci encore aux propriétaires. Yohann

Die Unterkunft ist im gro...

Die Unterkunft ist im großen und ganzen ok man sieht das alles noch relativ neu ist ( Baujahr 2003 ).Das Chalet ist für 6-8 Personen ausgelegt die Kaffeemaschine jedoch nur für 2 Personen. Trotz Durchgangsstraße direkt unterhalb der Anlage ist es eine ruhige Gegend und gepflegte Anlage ( tägliche Poolreinigung ).
