Villa Peñiscola at 100m sandy beach, WIFI, pool, very well equipped


WITH WIFI
Terraced house in a very quiet private residential area.
It is located very close to the beach, about 50 meters. Ideal for families. Very well connected: bus stop downtown Peñíscola - Benicarló 100 meters away, and 4 kms from the center of Peñíscola. Close to supermarkets and shopping center.

It consists of 4 bedrooms, and can accommodate a maximum of 10 people; 2 bathrooms, well-equipped independent kitchen, living room, laundry room, large garage with capacity for 2 cars, sunny terrace and small garden.
Communal swimming pool.

It has hot and cold air conditioning.

Household linen (sheets and towels) not included. The tenant will have to bring it.
The house has to be left clean as it is or if you prefer, you can pay a cleaning fee of 50 euros.

It is rented from Saturday to Saturday, being the entrance at 13 hours and the departure at 10 hours.
On the day of entry a damage deposit of 200 euros will be paid, which will be returned if everything is correct.

Heerlijke vakantie in een prachtig huis met vriendelijke eigenaar met de zee letterlijk om de hoek.

Hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar Martin. Huis erg schoon, ruim en verzorgd. Ruime garage voor twee auto’s, een zeer complete keuken, ruime woonkamer en 4 ruime slaapkamers. Huis echt dicht bij strand (2,5 minuut lopen). We hadden een probleem met de wifi, maar dit is gelijk door de eigenaar opgepakt en opgelost. Ook was dit huis ideaal voor onze hond daar de airco prima werkte en de tuin volledig afgesloten was. De tuin bestaat overigens uit een ruim terras en daarnaast over een gedeelte met twee hele grote parasols. Daarnaast heel veel tomatenplanten aanwezig waar je dagelijks kon en van mocht snoepen. HEERLIJK! Direct naast het huis een gemeenschappelijk zwembad waar het ook heerlijk vertoeven was. Het huis ligt in een nette en rustige buurt met de Spar supermarkt op loopafstand. Voor 1,45 per persoon kon je op loopafstand de bus pakken naar het bruisende Peniscola met zijn prachtige kasteel. Het strand en zee ook erg mooi en schoon. Kortom een heerlijke vakantie gehad op een mooie plek in een prachtig huis waar het ons aan niets ontbrak. Bij dezen dan ook hartelijk dank aan Martin voor zijn zorgen en gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog eens terug! Groeten, Fam. Broeks uit Nederland

Estupenda casa

Es una casa estupenda, muy grande y práctica. Hemos estado cuatro adultos y cuatro niños súper a gusto. La piscina no es muy grande pero no suele haber mucha gente. La casa tiene de todo. No hemos podido disfrutar de la terraza porque hacía demasiado calor. La playa está muy cerca y hay un chiringuito y cafeterías por la zona que le da vida a la playa que es muy tranquila y familiar. Es de las que enseguida cubre. El dueño muy atento y amable.

Wir kommen gern wieder, die Lage ist top, Haus und die Nachbarn auch

Sehr schönes Haus, perfekte Lage - Supermärkte gleich in der Nähe, Früchte und Wasser kann man gleich um den Eck kaufen. Promenade, die 8 km lang ist 1 Minute vom Haus entfernt. Strand ist traumhaft schön, super angenehm wegen sehr groben Sand der nicht überall kleben bleibt. Andere Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind auch von der Domizil gut zu erreichen. Was den Kindern am allermeisten gefallen hat ist der Pool, der jeden oder zweiten Tag gereinigt wird. Aquapark, wunderschöne Städte wie Morella und Valencia sind sehr sehenswert. Nur die Spülmaschine ist bissel alt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Casa amplia y lugar tranquilo

La casa es muy amplia y esta bien equipada y la zona donde esta ubicada muy tranquila. Lo peor la playa, hay mucha piedra y un escalon en el agua a escasos metros de la orilla, donde cubre enseguida. El propietario muy amable.

Es una playa de arena, puede ser que de forma puntual por temporal han habido alguna piedra, pero de normal no hay. Un saludo

Magníficas vacaciones en familia

Nuestra estancia ha sido excepcional, la propiedad es excelente y la ubicación ideal, muy cerca de la playa y del paseo marítimo, supermercado a 5 minutos andando. También está muy cerca de la parada de bus para ir a Peñíscola y Benicarló, con lo que hemos podido dejar el coche e ir en autobús, mucho más cómodo. El chalet es amplio y está equipado con todo lo necesario. La urbanización es muy tranquila y la piscina, aunque es comunitaria, no ha ido mucha gente. El casero Martín muy atento, le llamamos por un pequeño problema y vino enseguida a solucionarlo. En general recomendable, nosotros volveremos el año que viene. Ideal para familias con niños.

Super casa, limpio, tranquilo, ubicación perfecta, muy buen dueño Martin! Muchas gracias! Recomiendo a todos! A wonderful house, all exactly as in the photo. Clean, spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, there are many dishes for cooking. Beds are comfortable, nights are quiet. The temperature in the house is comfortable, we used the air conditioner only a few times for our rest. Convenient location. To the beach 1 minute. To the supermarket, where you can buy everything you need 5-7 minutes. The owner of the house Martin is very hospitable and sympathetic. Martin was very caring and helped us in everything and taught me the Spanish language. My children began to call him "Uncle Martin". In general, I got the impression that we rested with a close relative! I recommend everyone to stay in this house.

De superbes vacances

Une maison vraiment agréable juste à côté de la mer. On y a passé de superbes vacances. Une situation incomparable!! Et des propriétaires absolument charmants.
