Beautiful Town Home Beach Rental In Perdido Key Florida - Pool + Beach Access

2 Bedroom / 2.5 bath townhome with pool and direct beach access. Home is located in a quiet neighborhood with views of the gulf and the bay.

There are 2 upstairs bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Each room has its own bathroom and private balcony.

There is a small loft area in the hallway upstairs that is accessed using a pullout ladder. The loft area has a 2 twin beds.

In the living room downstairs there is a pullout queen sofa (must bring your own linens for sofa bed).

This is a private residence in a grouping of 4 other town homes with direct access to the beach.

- Sleeps six with two master bedrooms and the loft area. The half bath is located downstairs and outside the unit is a fully equipped shower (enclosed for privacy).

- Private balcony off each bedroom and large deck out back facing private pool for tenants and guests only.

- Townhome built in 2008 and has recent updates (new HVAC, upstairs flooring, bathrooms, kitchen appliances, beds, water heater, furniture). Below the unit is an enclosed 2 car garage.

Beach is approximately a 75 yards from the unit, accessible via a crosswalk and beach boardwalk. Beach is usually quite private because of non-existent public parking

- Surrounded by state park and the most beautiful sunsets on the island.

- There are only five town-homes on property.

- Quiet neighborhood.

- About 2 miles to the FloraBama / Orange Beach. Very close to Gulf Shores.

Great stay!

Very good experience, clean, quiet, plenty of extra comforters and quilts, extra pillows, fantastic big kitchen Island and plenty of counter space and the things needed to make meals. Great Stay! easy quick walk to the beach and the pool was very nice.

Family Vacation

The property was nice and quiet loved that you could walk to the beach or right to the pool or just sit on the balcony out back and watch the boats on the water.I would stay there again.

It was the perfect place! We had the pool all to ourselves as well as the beach.... Although we live in Pensacola, it was a nice getaway for the family to hang on the beach for the weekend.

Our beach stay was perfect! We loved the short walking distance to the beach and how private the beach access was. This made it so relaxing with a toddler (haha if that's possible). I got to enjoy early morning sunrises on the beach and collected seashells all by myself. No need to get up early and run to the beach to save a spot-there was no one else there! The sunset views are amazing as well! The house was fantastic as well! Plenty of room for all of our guests! The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable! We had everything we needed! The location was perfect as well-far enough away from the busy life but still close enough to run to town and grab something if you needed. The property owner was very welcoming-always helpful when needed. 10 out 10 stars! Would stay here again!

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood with pool right outside our unit and beach access! Loved that there are 2 masters and a downstairs bathroom and a full kitchen! Lots of balcony space to read or relax. We had the best time!

Perfect Location

Lovely townhouse in a wonderful location. Close beach access without the crowds. Restaurants and activities are just a short drive away. Kitchen is well equipped for use and there is a nice grill on the deck. Owners are great and quickly respond to any inquiries. Quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. Our family has stayed here several times and highly recommend this cozy retreat.

Great Location but Needs a Refresh

My husband, daughter and I have traveled to Perdido Key many times over the years and always stay in different places. This trip we were a bit disappointed. The unit is in a great location with easy beach access, but the photos of the property need to be updated. The outside has been painted white, not blue as it is in the pictures. Inside also looks different. Light fixtures have been replaced but many are missing bulbs or have mismatched colors (soft white vs bright white etc…). Water stains on living room ceiling. All of the furniture and window treatments need to be replaced-broken slats on plantation shutters/blinds and broken pieces on bed frame. All of the furniture is just worn out. Downstairs flooring needs to be replaced-broken tiles, missing grout and worn out dirty carpet on stairs. Both upstairs bathrooms appear to have been updated recently and are nice but small. Also missing/mismatched lightbulbs. We were a bit disconcerted that the ceiling fan in the front bedroom may not be wired correctly as the fan light would come on and start flickering like a strobe light if you plugged anything into the wall outlets. After that we just left the fan and its light off all week. All of the appliances worked well and there is lots of counter space in the kitchen, but the cabinets could use some cleanup. The pool was great but the lights didn’t work so we had to turn porch lights on if anyone wanted to swim after dark. Would not stay here again unless it gets updated.

Girls beach trip

We love this townhome complex and location. Beach is not crowded and a short walk to the water. Pool has been resurfaced and is a great place to hang out as well. Unit was great and owner was very helpful with questions.

Great Beach Vacation

This was a great property. We loved the location since the beach was less crowded. This property is located across the street from the beach but it was a short walk. If you are going with a family, I would make sure to take a beach cart though since you do have to walk across the busy highway. The townhome was clean and spacious and had everything you need for a great stay. The pool was great and we were always the only ones in it. Looking forward to staying here again.

Very disappointed.

We stayed here over the Fourth of July. I was really looking forward to using the pool. Was very disappointed when I discovered it was green when we got there and remained green the whole four days we stayed even though I message right away. I was reimbursed one day due to my troubles but we left a day early and felt disappointed.

Perfect place away from crowds

Lovely townhouse that was just as described. Walk to the beach was short and well worth it. This is definitely the place to stay if you want to avoid a crowded beach! Away from the hustle and bustle but just a short drive to restaurants and other activities. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely hope to return in the future!

Its unfortunate

We stayed here in 2017 and everything was pristine, which was the reasoning to rent again. I had no communication with the owner on this visit like I did the first visit. Shower heads had mold, dishwasher full of dirty dishes, deck had cigarette butts laying everywhere... The pool was very cloudy, granted they had a lot of rain, but didn't seem like the pumps were working. I hate to give a bad review, but the cleaning folks did not clean. Overall it served its purpose, we had a good time. I've emailed Zac twice, but haven't heard from him since we left.

Perfect Family Vacation

Loved the property, loved the location. The home was smartly appointed, the loft worked perfectly for the younger kids, and my wife absolutely loved the outdoor shower. We loved staying in Perdido Key because it was quiet and the beach was semi-private, not really crowded... just like our stay at Ft Morgan last year except this time we were much closer to town.

We loved the seclusion of it and the pool which we only shared with one other family. I was deeply disappointed that when we arrived the unit had not been cleaned. The owner however did compensate for that, but still having to wash sheets and clean ourselves was not ideal. The unit could use some updating as well. It seems as if the owners do not check in often and do not know what state the unit is in. The doorknob kept falling off the front door, shower curtain is falling apart, cracks in the tile, carpet on the stairs looks dirty, towel rack in one of the bathrooms falls off the wall sometimes, etc. not a bad unit but I feel like it needs some care. The kids loved the loft area.

What makes this property unique

There isn’t a better place to be on the island! We backup to Perdido State Park and offer unobstructed views of the bay and the gulf. Pool and quick access to the beach make for a great place to spend time on vacation.
