About this property

Provencal farmhouse / 1 large house + a small house with secure pool and garden

We rent a farmhouse composed of:

- a main house of 132m² (4 Bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 shower room + 1 WC + 1 kitchen + 1 living room - dining room + Terrace)

- a small adjoining house of 25m² (2 Bedrooms + 1 bathroom + 1 Wc + Terrace)

- A pool DESJOYAUX 11 / 5m with security barrier

We have 4 rooms in the big house and 2 rooms in the small house located at 3 meters.

In the large house, a large kitchen overlooking a living room of 40m ². Bathroom (2 basins) + a shower room and a W.

In the small house, besides the two bedrooms, we have a bathroom with shower and a toilet. The small house has a fridge and microwave.

Each house has its terrace which gives, for the main house on the swimming pool, the other on the garden and the bowling green.

Our garden (1800m ²) is very shaded, has a sandbox and a small house for children. The garden is totally secure and can spend the day without seeing your children playing somewhere on the field. You can take a nap to the sound of cicadas. A large boules pitch, also shaded during the day and lit at night, creates an excellent atmosphere.

Our swimming pool works with bromine, which allows to have a soft and sparkling water.

The village of Garéoult regularly hosts large markets in the summer.

Nice Place in Small Town

This property has lots of room and a private, peaceful setting. There is lots to see and do in the area - even an abondoned medieval ruin (Chateau Saint-Sauveur) to explore within a short drive and decent hike and no crowds. It is in a great location - accessible to Provence and Cote d'Azur sites. Julien (owner) is very friendly and extremely responsive.

Nice house in beautiful surroundings with fantastic pool

Excellent house for a big family (we were eleven), everyone can have their own space. The pool is wonderful and saved us during very hot days. We would have loved air conditioning, but the fans helped. The host very helpful with the few issues we had, everything was taking care of as fast as possible. Thanks a lot for that. Es war eine wunderbare Zeit in Garéoult. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und es ist alles dort was man für einen Urlaub benötigt. In circa einer halben Stunde erreicht man wunderschöne Buchten am Meer rund um Toulon und das Hinterland bietet alles von Kultur- bis Naturerlebnissen. Wir waren dort mit zwei Familien und sechs Kindern und besonders die Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool. Zudem ist das ganze Grundstück eingefriedet (was das Reisen mit Hund einfach macht). Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber für die schöne Zeit, die wir in ihrem Haus hatten.

Maison très sympa, les espaces sont vastes à l'intérieur et l'extérieur bien aménagé. La petite maisonnette indépendante a tout son intérêt lorsqu'on est en famille et qu'il y a des petits. La décoration mériterait un petit coup de jeune et d'être plus impersonnelle mais ça a son charme aussi car c'est une très agréable maison de famille. Piscine et terrasses au top!

Notre séjour en famille s’est très bien passé. La maison est en adéquation avec la description de l’annonce. Le propriétaire s’est montrés arrangeant en vue de notre arrivée et flexible durant le séjour. Les commerces et le centre du village sont proches et relativement accessibles par rapport à la maison. La piscine est agréable et bénéficie d’un mobilier adéquat par rapport au nombre d’occupants. À recommander.

Perfect verblijf voor grote groep, heerlijke vakantie!

We waren met 3 gezinnen (6 volwassenen en 6 kinderen onder de 5) en hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt in het prachtige verblijf. De gezellige terrassen, het verfrissende zwembad en de rust om ons heen waren fantastisch. Onze kinderen hebben zich uitstekend vermaakt, alles was erg veilig. Ondanks de grote groep mensen was er genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Heel erg bedankt namens ons allemaal!

Nous avons passez de supers vacances dans cette maison familiales, il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour bien y vivre, aussi bien en vaisselle qu’en matériel. Un propriétaire disponible et Sandra est très sympathique. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans une très belle résidence. La clôture autour de la piscine est vraiment très pratique et est un réel plus pour profiter de l'eau en toute sécurité et tranquillité.

Magnifique maison provençal au calme

Super maison familiale, cadre magnifique il y a tout ce qu’il faut. La piscine est magnifique et très bien exposée. Tout est parfait pour passer de merveilleux moments en famille, avec des amis. La communication avec le propriétaire est plus qu’excellente et l’accueil de Céline est très sympathique. Je conseille fortement cette maison et cette région ensoleillée.

Vacances en famille à Gareoult

Une maison de campagne dans une impasse assez calme. A 10 personnes dans la maison, tout le monde à pu avoir son espace sans soucis. Une grande cuisine ouverte agréable pour cuisiner sans être isolé. Merci à Céline pour sa réactivité.

Une belle maison ! Emplacement au calme à proximité de toutes les commodités.

La maison est très agréable ! Elle est très bien équipée, l'ameublement est un peu ancien (salon et chambre), la sdb manque d'un tapis de douche. La maisonnette, plus moderne est très agréable par contre les 2 chambres séparées par une salle de bain ne peuvent pas être isolée l'une de l'autre, à prendre en compte si vous souhaitez l'occuper à 2 couples... L'emplacement lui est idéal, au calme, bien isolé des voisins et à proximité du centre de Gareoult. La piscine, le terrain de pétanque avec éclairage et le bbk à gaz sont des gros plus pour la réussite du séjour !

très bonnes vacances à Garéoult

Nous (un groupe d'amis de 12 personnes) avons passé 14 jours dans cette très belle maison, idéalement située, aménagée avec grand soin et correspondant aux descriptifs, propre et bien entretenue. Les chambres spacieuses avec une bonne literie, grande cuisine pratique, salle de séjour impeccable, la grande terrasse extérieure, la dépendance avec sa terrasse, le barbecue. Le terrain arboré, son jardin, l'aire de jeu pour les enfants, le terrain de pétanque et surtout la belle piscine sécurisée (un vrai régal), son solarium et ses chaises longues pour se prélasser. Région où il y a beaucoup de choses à découvrir (voir descriptif Abritel), à voir le marché de Garéoult le mardi. Bons petits restaurants, commerces pas trop éloignés. Faut particulièrement souligner l'accueil chaleureux de M. Fabian Brismer qui prend grand soin des locataires et se tient à leur disposition en cas de problèmes. Nous en garderons de très bons souvenirs. Nous recommandons vivement cette belle propriété et je suis sûre que nous y reviendrons, ça ne saurait tarder.

Petit coin de paradis

C'est avec grand plaisir que nous sommes retournés dans cette très belle maison de Gareoult quelques années après notre premier séjour! La maison et le jardin se sont encore embellis et nous avons pu passer à 9 une excellente semaine dans la propriété! nous avons été très bien reçus à notre arrivée et Mr Ogier avait tout organisé pour que nous puissions pleinement en profiter. Très agréable et convivial

Nous avons passé un séjour très sympathique dans cette maison conviviale agrémentée d'un jardin calme, bien arboré et clos. La terrasse du bas près de la piscine sécurisée et bien entretenue, est bien adaptée pour y prendre ses repas notamment le soir avec l'éclairage . La région présente de nombreuses découvertes sans être obligé de rester des heures en voiture. Malgré tout nous n'avons pas encore tout visité nous savons néanmoins qu'à gareoult cette location nous donnera pleinement satisfaction. Un grand merci à Fabian et Rosetta pour leur accueil
