We rent out our cozy and newly renovated apartments for nice people. The house is 160 m2 over two floors with 3 large bright bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen with dining area and large living room, and living room upstairs.
Both bedrooms on the second floor have private balconies, and the bedroom on the ground floor has a door out to the garden.

The house is air conditioned, has a private garden with swimming pool, totaling three verandas with views and terrace dining. The house appears to be large and spacious.

St Cyprien is a cozy village in the Pyrenees Orientales. Here you get a taste of the authentic southern French Mediterranean life. It is within easy reach of France's longest and best beaches, seaside resorts and small picturesque port cities - full of culture, food and wine. The landscape in this area is indescribably lush and varied. Mountains that is 20 min from the house makes it possible to go on beautiful walks. Nearby there are also golf courses and opportunities for cycling, riding, sailing and numerous other activities for children and adults.

The capital of this part of Southern France's Perpignan, the sunniest town in the whole of France. With its Catalan character, you also get the impression of Spain. Both bullfights and paella are important cultural ingredients for locals.

The house is owned by Karen and Jon Gjerde who lives in Bergen. We have made all the arrangements for that you will have a great stay. We can help with all the practical information from flights / airports, rental car to the house, the area and activities. Our local, English speaking contact person will meet you at the house or guide you there and give out keys and pave the way for the best stay.
