The house of wood is located in a quiet green garden with oasis of a olive and a lemon grove, 200 metres from the public beach. Chalet is a indipendent house with one living-room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 veranda, private car parking. When you entry in chalet feel the smell of good wood. In the morning you can take the breakfast in garden. In the evening you can eat your fish or meat in the barbecue. After you can watch a dvd film. The near littoral is a long beach of sand and a limpid and safe sea. The entry to the near public beach is free. We have a private beach free entrance for our guest 15 minute by walking that is very very cleaned, safe, and has all beach service. We have a free private swimming-pool for you 15 minute by walking.
We have a school of sail, windsurf and kayak so you can exit on the sail-boat or you can do a sailing course.
The school sail is perfect for children because we have beautiful small-boat.

School of sail, windsurf, kayak: we have a school of sail, windsurf, kayak and surf for children from 7 years ago to adults.
The sail school is located in marine reserve in Isola delle Femmine.
You can follow a course of 1 week when you come in holiday in chalet.
All course has 6 lesson of 1 hour to day and the special price all inclusive is 150 euro.

Palermo and airport distance:: You can reach Palermo in 10 minutes, by car or public transportation (bus or train).

Casetta dei sogni

È stata un’esperienza in pieno relax, posto meraviglioso. La casa è immersa in un prato verde da sogno dove si stacca veramente la spina, si può godere anche soltanto di ció che offre la casa ma oltre a questo a pochi passi c’è anche la spiaggia stupenda di Capaci! Comunque per noi è stata un’esperienza bellissima i bambini hanno potuto usufruire dello spazio fuori per giocare anche perché ci sono delle bellissime attrazioni per loro. I proprietari sono delle persone squisite e disponibili per tutto.

Nella descrizione bisognerebbe specificare che è una soluzione semi indipendente e soprattutto che per uscire di casa ci sono 100mt dal cancello e di notte entrare in casa era una gara a chi aveva il cellulare più carico per utilizzare il flash e vedere dove si infilano le chiavi per aprire il cancello non automatizzato e camminare fino al portoncino di casa. Un pochetto di umidità un po' sparsa per casa. Per il resto siamo persone che si accontentano e non danno problemi però alcune cose vanno specificate.

Apprezziamo sempre le migliorie da apportare alla nostra casetta per poter dare sempre un confort di alto livello ai nostri ospiti. La casetta ha 2 cancelli, il primo attaccato alla casa e il secondo più distante come è usuale in tutte le case distanziate dalla strada pubblica. La casetta ha 2 ingressi, il principale illuminato e il secondo ingresso dal retro non illuminato per ragionevoli motivi. La casa è assolutamente indipendente.

Het gemeenschappelijke zwembad had ik in de tuin verwacht , maar nee, dat is bij een hotel 25 minuten lopen... oven kapot, 1 gaspit doet het niet; bidet werkt niet, bedden zakken door, 1 kledingkast voor 4 personen.. dus koffers maar in de woonkamer gezet; in de verbandtrommel CD’s in plaats van de pleister die ik nodig had, 1 poortsleutel, dus apart van elkaar buiten de deur dingen gaan doen kan niet, want dan kun je er niet meer in. heel jammer dit, ik had meer verwacht voor deze prijs.

Our family always tries to solve the problems that may arise. As well described in the announcement of the house the pool is a 15 minute walk from the house. The oven confirmed it was broken, I'm sorry about that. For other simple things it was enough to tell the owners to solve the problem.

Posto molto bello e rilassante.. a pochi minuti dal mare. Il mare è stupendo spiaggia ben curata tutti sono molto cordiali e ben disponibili. Si sta' molto bene posto ideale per passare le vacanze.

Jardin magnifique et chalet confortable et très propre. Lieu sécurisant malgré des alentours un peu hostiles au premier abord. Hôtes très accueillants et de bon conseil. Nous avons apprécié la compagnie discrète de cette famille avec qui nous aurions aimé discuter plus que ce que nos connaissances linguistiques nous ont permis de faire! Point de départ idéal d'un grand nombre de sites siciliens magnifiques. De plus, l'accès à la piscine et à la plage de l'hôtel (environ 2km) est un véritable atout!

Bella vacanza!!!

Nous avons été ravies de nos vacances dans ce petit chalet au milieu de ce splendide jardin arboré d’oliviers et de citronniers,…un vrai petit paradis ! Le chalet est idéalement situé dans une zone résidentielle très calme et proche de toutes commodités. La plage est à 10 min à pied, très facile d’accès. Encore merci à Silvana, Pietro ainsi que le reste de la famille pour l’accueil et la bienveillance qu’ils nous ont témoignée. Nous avons hâte de revenir une prochaine fois…

Had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Francesco and Silvana's chalet in Capaci. We made the most of the cooking facilities and sicily's fabulous produce, cooking and eating up a storm! We were joined by the super friendly Hugo (dog) and four cats from time to time which added to our enjoyment of the property. Although Capaci itself is a fairly quiet town, there's plenty to see and do on your doorstep. Highly recommended for a cheap and cheerful stay.

Urlaub in Capaci

Der Vermieter war sehr nett. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Im Garten kann man sich aber nicht gemütlich hinsetzen, weil es dazu keine bequeme Stühle und Tisch gibt. Auch Auflagen für die zwei Sonnenliegen fehlen. Die Dusche besteht aus Holzwände und ist deshalb nicht seht hygienisch. Der nah liegende öffentliche Strand ist sehr unsauber und daher nicht benutzbar. Der private Hotelstrand ist in Ordnung aber immer sehr voll, weil er nicht nur von Hotelgästen benutzt wird. Das Haus kann ich nur empfehlen, wenn man ein Auto hat und viel unterwegs ist. Dafür ist es aber zu teuer. Wir waren auch von dem Region nicht begeistert, es gibt viele schönere Ecken in Sizilien.

Une semaine de relax...

Les propriétaires ont été très gentils. Le chalet est situé dans un endroit tranquille avec un jardin et des arbres d'agrumes et d'oliviers. L'intérieur du chalet est équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour idéal. La plage est à 15 minutes à pied du chalet. Une belle plage avec tout ce que vous avez besoin. C'est l'idéal pour les familles qui veulent passer une semaine de relax. Sur la plage il ya aussi un espace réservé aux enfants. Une nuit, nous avons allumé le barbecue et une autre nuit, nous avons regardé un film avec le projecteur installé par le propriétaire. C'est était très agréable et nous irons encore une autre fois.

Splendida vacanza in assoluta tranquillità

Abbiamo trascorso una piccola vacanza nel posto che cercavamo, tranquillo, in mezzo al verde, unico nel suo genere, arredato e fornito di ogni tipo di confort e molto pulito. Inoltre la spiaggia dei proprietari a 5 minuti di bicicletta è splendida sia come mare che come sabbia e servizi. Il prezzo della vacanza è stato veramente un investimento perchè abbiamo ritrovato la serenità che cercavamo. Non si può chiedere di meglio. Paolo

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in dem hübschen Chalet. Das Chalet liegt auf dem Gelände der Besitzer, die aber unheimlich freundlich und hilfsbereit sind und sich gleichzeitig sehr dezent im Hintergrund halten. Der kleine Garten, den das Chalet umgibt, ist wirklich sehr schön, einzig die vielen Stechmücken waren ziemlich störend. Von Capaci haben wir nicht viel gesehen, da wir immer Tagestouren unternommen haben, deswegen haben wir auch den Privatstrand nicht gesehen. Das Chalet ist mit allem nötigem ausgestattet, auch die Küche, bei vier Personen könnte der Platz allerdings schon knapp werden, besonders da nur ein Schrank für Kleidung zur Verfügung steht.

lovely little chalet

Had a fantastic time staying here, the chalet is on the ground of the owners house & gardens set in lovely lemon & lime groves. The family are very welcoming & made our stay! The chalet is a perfect size, with excellent air con, comfy beds & powerful shower. We didn't feel it was too small for us. Location is good with a public beach less than 5 mins walk away. However if you want to use the owners private beach & pool (they own a hotel in town) then you will need to walk about 15mins. We found this no problem everyday, but if you have young children you will need a car. Capaci is lovely and relaxing, the beach is beautiful & very clean and the people are lovely. Its is an authentic Italian resort so not many tourists, so if its bright lights & nightlife you are looking for you will need to drive 10mins into the stunning capital city of Palermo (well worth a visit). We loved the Capaci as it ticked all our boxes, fun, sun and amazing food. We have just booked to go back again in September as we had so much fun!
