About this property

Architect house at the foot of Castle Hautefort, exceptional view

We offer our home with 11x5m pool with an exceptional view of the castle of Hautefort. Surrounded by meadows and woods you will enjoy a quality environment of absolute calm.
The house has 4 double rooms with beds 2 people in each room. (We do not want to rent more than 6 people) .We leave the 3 larger rooms available.
On the ground floor you have 1 bedroom (with flat screen) with its private bathroom,
a large living room (with big screen TV) dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (oven and dishwasher) and a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
an entrance hall with cloakroom and bathroom.
You can enjoy two terraces along the desired sunshine equipped with garden furniture

Upstairs you have 3 further bedrooms, a large bathroom with shower, bathroom and toilet and two mezzanines
5m / 11m indoor pool with a sliding transparent cover (crystal) in spring (heated if necessary) It has a great beach with chairs sunbathing.
The pool house is 50 square meters and consists of a large covered area with barbecue, table for 10 people. and garden furniture., views of the castle and the surrounding countryside.

The house is situated 3 kms from the village and shops and the castle of Hautefort

5% discount on your second week

It is necessary to have the prior consent of the owner if the number of occupants in the house and in the pool should be higher than originally anticipated when the contract was signed.

We stayed for 12 nights and the photographs do not do justice to this property. It is excellent. The pool and views were fantastic, the location perfect for a peaceful relaxing holiday. Very nice owners , we would go back tomorrow.
