Appartement au calme avec belle vue sur la mer. Très bien situé ; facilité pour atteindre les endroits à voir absolument, Cargèse, Sagone, Piana et ses calanques, Ajaccio pas loin. Je ne me lasse pas de la Corse ; je reviendrais ! Muriel et Joel

Bel appartement tout confort
Bel appartement tout confort, calme, propre et avec une vue magnifique, le seul bémol la terrasse est un petit peu étroite pour 4.
Mme Colombani la propriétaire et Yolande la personne qui nous reçoit sur place , sont d'une gentillesse très appréciable et à notre écoute.

Comme à la maison ...
On se sent comme à la maison !
Appartement très propre et bien agencé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine (et même plus !)
Le salon, très lumineux, donne sur un balcon dont la vue sur la mer est à couper le souffle.
La climatisation récemment installée rend l'appartement encore plus agréable.
Voiture garée juste en bas des escaliers, magasins à proximité, plages - le tout sans embouteillages et touristes trop nombreux en pleine saison.
Nous reviendrons.

Comme à la maison ...
On se sent... comme à la maison ! L'appartement est très agréable.
Cuisine très fonctionnelle avec tout ce dont on a besoin (et plus encore).
Pièce a vivre très lumineuse.
Le petit plus pour les journées d'été : la climatisation récemment installée.
On garde le meilleur pour la fin : la vie à couper le souffle depuis la terrasse. Quel plaisir de voir la mer dès le réveil.
Une place pour la voiture en bas des escaliers ; de nombreux commerces dans les environs, plages - le tout loin des embouteillages et du trop plein de touristes en ce mois de juillet.

vue magnifique sur la baie depuis la terrasse
Appart sympathique et très propre. Accueil et disponibilité de la propriétaire et de Yolande.
Bonne situation géographique pour découvrir l'arrière pays et la cote. plage à 5mn à pied très appréciée.
Les resto conseillés par la propriétaire sont super : plage d' Arone le Casabianca, et U Castellu de Sagone...

Appartement climatisé calme, spacieux, très bien équipé, et très lumineux, conforme à la description.. Magnifiques vacances dans une région splendide. Les indications ( visites, sites etc..) données par la propriétaire ( qui connaît très bien la région) sont un plus. Hâte d'y retourner ....

SUPER SEJOUR A TIUCCIA

Du balcon, une très belle vue sur le golfe.
De bons conseils de la part de la personne qui s'occupe de la remise des clefs (merci !)
Au calme, mais près de tout , (Cargèse, Piana et Ajaccio), beaucoup de possibilités de loisirs à proximité (balades en bateau ou à cheval à Sagone)
Idéal pour couple ou famille avec jeunes enfants.

proche de la mer oui; mais quelques bemols pour la location, entretien plus que limite ,et je ne conseille pas du tout cette location!!

1er locataire à se plaindre mais apparemment coutumière du fait au dire d'autres propriétaires. Nous n'avons jamais eu de retours négatifs. L'appartement est vérifié avant chaque nouvelle arrivée et nous essayons chaque année d'améliorer le confort de cet appartement. comme dit le proverbe: "on ne peut pas plaire à tous le monde!"
